1 Sabre Atlas Quick Reference O V E R V I E W Sabre Atlas is a Red App that allows agents to find the closest airport from most cities as well as the distances between any combination of cities, airports and military bases. Page 1 of 8

2 In order to use Sabre Atlas, user just needs to follow these steps: Do CTRL + A to open SabreScript Window Type the SabreScript Name or use the scroll down bar until you find the script name Atlas Click OK to launch it. Sabre Atlas - Version Page 2 of 8

3 A warning window will pop up. Just follow the instructions to Press any key to continue or ESC to terminate the script. On the menu, choose one of the options to proceed. Click on Exit to close the application. If Closest Airport to Airport is chosen, enter the 3 letter Iata Airport code. Click enter to proceed or ESC to terminate the script. The answer will be a list of airports close to the one mentioned in the previous entry. You have the option to: Re-enter - input a new Airport code Prev Menu return to the previous menu Main Menu go to the main menu Exit Script terminate the application Sabre Atlas - Version Page 3 of 8

4 If Closest Airport to Military Base is chosen, insert the required information and press ENTER to proceed. If you want to return to previous screen, just click on the Previous button. Pres ESC, if you want to terminate the application. A list of airports will be displayed along with the option menu. Just click in one of the options to continue using the application or terminate it. If Closest Airport to City is chosen, just enter the city name in the format shown in the box and then, press ENTER to Click ESC to terminate the application. A list of airports will be displayed as well as the option menu window. Just choose one of the options to continue or terminate the application. Sabre Atlas - Version Page 4 of 8

5 If Calculate Distances Between The Above, an option menu window will show up. Choose one of the options to proceed. If Distance from Airport to Airport is chosen, insert the airport codes in the boxes provided and press ENTER. Leave it blank to return to the main menu or press ESC to terminate the application. The distance between the airports will be shown along with the options menu window. Choose one of the options to If Distance from Airport to Mil Base is chosen, enter the airport code and the base name in the format shown in the box and press ENTER. Leave it blank to return to main menu or press ESC to terminate the application. The distance between the airports will be shown along with the option menu window. 6 If Distance from Airport to City is chosen, insert the airport code and the city name in the format shown in the box and press ENTER. Leave it blank to return to the main menu or press ESC to terminate the application. The distance between the airport and the city will be shown along with the option menu window. Choose one of the options to If Distance from City to City is chosen, insert the city names as in the format shown in the window and press ENTER to proceed. Leave it blank to return to the main menu or press ESC to terminate the application. When multiple locations exist, you need to choose one to proceed. Just insert the number in the box to Leave it blank to return to the menu. The distance between the cities will be shown along with the option menu window. 7 The Distance from City to Mil Base is chosen; insert the city and mil base names using the format shown in the window. Press ENTER to proceed. Leave it blank to return to the menu or ESC to terminate the script. The distance between the city and the Military Base will be shown along with the option menu window. Choose one of the options to If Distance form Mil Base to Mil Base is chosen, insert the base names in the format shown in the window and press ENTER to proceed. Leave it blank to return to the main menu, or press ESC to terminate the script. The distance between the military bases will be shown along with the option menu window. 8 How to validate if a RED APP is already installed in my Sabre Red Workspace? To validate that the user received the application before restarting Sabre Red Workspace, click Help and then History of Updates to look for Red Apps with a Status of Not Yet Activated.. 1. After restarting Sabre Red Workspace, you can also look under Contact Us Application Vendor Support to validate that the application installed successfully. 2. The system will open a new window with all the Red Apps Installed. Should you need to contact the Red App Vendor for support, just click on the Red App name to open the Contact Details.
