1 ScriptPro SecuRate Air Fares Script Overview Introduction This document contains an overview of the Worldspan SecuRate Air Standard Script available for users on Worldspan Go! Res. Overview This script integrates published fares display with SecuRate Air fares display. Up to five Agreement Numbers, and up to five airlines can be used to display fares. Airlines are optional, but at least one Agreement Number must be used. Fare Display Options compatible with both published and SecuRate Air fares include: Travel date Fare type (up to five total with passenger types) Passenger type (up to five total with fare types) Class of service (up to three) The option to check rules for published fares includes all options and rules categories. 2 Operating Instructions Script Conventions Mandatory fields are indicated with burgundy text. A black arrow pointing down indicates a drop down list is available for applicable choices for the input box, or the ability to scroll for more information. Some dialog boxes may contain input fields with conditions that would disable other fields and/or buttons (e.g., selecting a Move option will disable the ability to select specific Rule Categories to view, or leaving a field blank disables other fields pertaining only to that blank field). In a list where the choices are Yes or No, leaving the field blank is also No. Use the <Tab> key to move in order to each input field. Use <Shift><Tab> to move in reverse order. Or use the mouse to click on the needed input field. Some fields contain a hot key. This is an underlined letter. Pressing the <Alt> key and the underlined letter together will move the cursor directly to that input box. The <Enter> key may be used in place of the OK button. Need to Know Previously, Worldspan Res had provided the capability to pause and resume ScriptPro scripts using the keystroke combinations <Ctrl>W and <Ctrl>R. Since Go! Res is on the Web, the right side of the window (Index/Go! Res scripts) takes on the Windows keystroke and local macro defaults. The left side (terminal emulator/go! Res) has retained some of the Worldspan keystroke defaults. If the focus is in the terminal emulator/res side, <Ctrl>W pauses a ScriptPro script and <Ctrl>R resumes a ScriptPro script. HOWEVER, when the focus is the right side/go! Script, the <Ctrl>R does nothing or launches a macro and the <Ctrl>W shuts down the application. It is important to check the focus prior to using keystroke combinations. Simply click on the right or left to move the focus. 01/05 Worldspan ScritpPro SecuRate Air Fares Script 2

Res: Access the script from the Book or PNR Tab in the Script Index Select SecuRate Air Fares to launch the script, Or: Access the ScriptPro menu in Res by pressing <Ctrl>S, Type z4secure.csl or scroll and highlight, <Enter> Fares Information The following dialog box is displayed first: Dialog Field Departure City Arrival City Agreement Number(s) Airlines(s) Options Explanation Mandatory, a valid three-character city code must be entered. Mandatory, a valid three-character city code must be entered. Mandatory, at least one agreement number must be entered here. The agency s SID comprises the first three characters of an agreement number. Optional, a valid two-character airline code must be entered. 4 Fare Display Options When Yes is selected for more options, the following dialog box displays: Dialog Option Travel Date Fare or Passenger Types Class of Service Display Fares in Euros Fare Types PSGR Types Script Action Correct format is DDMMM (e.g., 01JAN or 1JAN). Allows for up to five fare type codes and/or passenger type codes. The codes may be either two or three characters long. Up to three codes may be entered, using one or two characters. Select Yes to display the fare amounts in Euros. Select No or leave blank for fare amounts in local currency. Displays a list of all fare types and their codes. Entry is not allowed here. 5 Integrated Fares Display The response generated from the previous dialog boxes is two separate fares displays. The published fares are displayed in Res 1 and the SecuRate Air fares are displayed in Res 2. The following dialog box combines the fares from those screens into one fares display, from low to high. Up to sixteen fares may be displayed at one time. Dialog Option Check Rules For Line Number Script Action Required, if checking fare rules is desired. 6 SecuRate Air Rules Display Upon selecting SecuRate Air in the Check Rules option, and selecting a line number, the rules for the selected fare are displayed. Also, the following dialog box is displayed, allowing for scrolling through the rules display. Dialog Option Move Script Action Prompts to scroll down, up, top, or bottom through the fares display. 7 Published Fare Rules Display Upon selecting Published Fare in the Check Rules option, and selecting a line number, the rules for the selected fare are displayed. Also, the following dialog box comes up, with options to scroll through the rules, as well as view specific rules categories: Dialog Option Move View Rules Categories Script Action Prompts to scroll down, up, top, or bottom through the fares display. This field is inactive if the rules category field is filled in. This dialog box redisplays until both fields are left blank. Prompts with a list of all rules categories in the rules display. 8 Script Flow When fields are left blank and OK or <Enter> is pressed, the following message box displays: If Yes is selected, the integrated fares dialog box redisplays, allowing the agent to look at rules for another fare that is being displayed in that dialog box. If No is selected, the following continuation message is displayed: If Yes is selected, the script starts over. All dialog boxes are cleared to allow for new entries and responses. If No is selected, the script terminates and the reservations screens are cleared.
