4 Introduction 2 Introduction Pilot Pioneer is a leading indoor and outdoor multi-technology laptop-based diagnostic tool, for radio network quality and services performance measurements. Based on the Windows operating system, Pilot Pioneer is a user-friendly solution that can be used throughout network development lifecycle, therefore allowing system vendors and network operators to benefit from their investment. 2
