4 Introduction 1 Introduction Pilot Fleet Unify is a multi-technology and fully autonomous system that provides centralized probe and test case management, as well as automated post processing and reporting. This document describes all steps that you must work through before you can start Pilot Fleet Unify. For detailed operations, please see "A2.Pilot Fleet Unify Operation Guide V2.6". About the Product Pilot Fleet Unify is a multi-technology and fully autonomous system for remote wireless network service testing, benchmarking and monitoring. The system also provides centralized probe and test case management, as well as automated post processing and reporting. The Pilot Fleet Unify system is scalable, which allow network operators, service providers, and system vendors to dimension their data collection and analysis services requirements according to the budgeted OPEX and CAPEX. Pilot Fleet Unify supports DingLi's entire drive test portfolio including Pilot Pioneer, Pilot Walktour, Pilot Scout, Pilot RCU/RCU Light, and Pilot Walktour Pack. All data collected by DingLi s data collection solutions will be centrally stored and managed for post processing and analysis purposes. Based on distributed deployment, Pilot Fleet Unify is capable of handling large volumes of data uploaded remotely, for storage, automatic pre-processing/processing, reporting, and analysis. Additionally, Pilot Fleet Unify also supports multi-users operation, multi-test task request, and processing at the same time. All these functions significantly reduce overall workload and increase in efficiency. Pilot Fleet Unify provides solutions to meet various user's requirements based on workflow and application scenarios including Work Item, Project Management, Device Management, Test Plan Management, Device Monitoring, Data Management, Statistics Report, Data Analysis, etc. About the Document This document focuses on the prerequisites before users start operating Pilot Fleet Unify, such as installation/uninstallation, and basic operation procedure for service test, data management, and monitoring. 1
