1 Taskstream Training (Revised October 2017) Module 8: How do I publish a web link to my workspace or attach a report to submit this to the UPAC or AOLTF for review the Taskstream Assessment System? Step 1: Log into Taskstream, click Go to AMS along the top of the first screen you encounter, and find your Program and enter the workspace by clicking Academic Assessment Workspace underneath your program/dept name. Step 2: Check to see if you are in the Edit Content tab. Review each area of the workspace including the Standing Requirements and /17 Assessment Period (Assessment Plan, Assessment Results, Action Plan, and Action Plan Status Report). Look to see that all the information you wish to enter has been entered. Once you have made sure the workspace is complete then we can move to create or publish a web link to the space. Or if you are a CBA program that will just be attaching a word document for review please skip to Step 6. 1

2 Step 3. Go to the Publish Tab at the top of the workspace and click on it. (this will open a screen allowing multiple options to export as PDF, Word, as well as Publish to Web) Step 4. Click the word Publish in the Publish Workspace to Web area. This will open a screen to create a customized web address for your workspace. You have the option to create a password. Its optional to do so. The web version of your workspace will be housed on the Taskstream website. Only those provided the URL can access the site. Once completed, click Publish to create the web version of your workspace. (See Screenshot on next page) 2

3 Step 5: Once you have created that web address, we need to copy it (Highlight the text of the link and copy it using Crtl-C) and place in back in the area of the workspace labeled Review /17 Assessment (or CIM CIM Review Area for CBA programs) 3

Return to the Edit Content Tab and open up the area of the workspace labeled Review /17 Assessment (or CIM Review Area for CBA programs) by clicking Check Out:. You will be given the options to add Links or Attachments. Click on the button along the button appropriate for your submission type. Programs submitting to UPAC or AOLTF with a link use the Links button. Otherwise CBA program can use the Attachments button and upload their documents there, skip to Page 8 for that process and screenshots. 4

6 Screenshot of submission area for your web address. Paste the copied web address in the Website URL area. You can name the link. If you had a password, you can enter in the description area. Click Add Link when the information has been entered. The link will appear in the center of the screen. Click Save and Return to get back to the workspace. 6

9 Clicking the Attachments button will bring up this screen on which you can find your file on your computer to upload it to the system. 9

10 Clicking Upload from Computer brings up this screen. 10

11 After the upload is done and after clicking Save and Return, the workspace will now show the file in the CIM Reviews area. At this point we will need to submit this part of the work space to the UPAC or AOLTF for its review. 11

12 Step 7. To submit the URL version of your workspace to the UPAC report to AOLTF, please go to the "Submissions and Read Reviews" Tab, scroll down to the "Reviews" area, and click the dark blue "Submit" in that row. The UPAC or AOLTF will get your link/file and can begin their review. Once completed, that feedback will be found in the "Submit & Read Reviews" area, just listed in one column to the right.
