1 STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE TO USING: FOR ADESA.COM, ADESA.CA AND OPENLANE.COM USERS

LOG ON VIA ADESA.COM OR ADESA.CA Enter your User ID and Password IF YOU ARE NOT YET REGISTERED: Click Register Now Complete and submit the online registration form; ADESA will then contact you to complete your registration information 2. NAVIGATE TO ADESA LIVEBLOCK Click ADESA LiveBlock in the right navigation or ADESA LiveBlock in the Bid/Buy menu. ADESA LiveBlock will open in a new window. OPENLANE.COM USERS 1. LOG ON VIA OPENLANE.COM Enter your User ID and Password IF YOU ARE NOT YET REGISTERED: Click on REGISTRATION IS EASY Complete and submit the online registration form; OPENLANE will then contact you to complete your registration information 2. NAVIGATE TO ADESA LIVEBLOCK Hover your cursor over BUY in the main navigation bar. The row of secondary navigation will appear. Click LIVEBLOCK Note: If you are associated with multiple dealerships, a pop up screen will ask you to select a dealership. ADESA LiveBlock will open in a new window.

3 Simulcasting Worldwide Page 3 of 5 ALL USERS 3. VIEW LIVEBLOCK AUCTION INVENTORY View inventory by location, consignor and sale date. Sort results by clicking on column headings Refine your search by clicking on drop-down boxes When a sale event has started, you will see a JOIN button on the screen. Click on the JOIN button to enter a live sale Click the car button to view the run list for a specific sale event REVIEW INVENTORY Sort your results by clicking on column headings Refine your search by clicking on drop down boxes Add vehicles to your watch list Or, place AutoBids from search results screen 4. VIEW CONDITION REPORTS Click VIN to access detailed Condition Reports Add vehicles to your watch list or place AutoBids from the condition report screen 5. PLACE AUTOBIDS Click the AutoBid button from the Run List screen or condition report to place an AutoBid Place your maximum bid and the system will bid for you in low-dollar increments, up to your maximum AutoBids can be edited or removed up until two hours before the auction start time. And, vehicles with AutoBids are automatically added to your watch list

VIEW WATCH LIST VEHICLES ON ADESA LIVEBLOCK Click My Watches to view vehicles added to your Watch List for your dealership My Watches displays all vehicles added to your watch list by all buyers/reps registered for your dealership. Click the AutoBid button to edit or remove an AutoBid up to two hours before auction start time AutoBids can now be edited or removed by any buyer/rep registered for your dealership 6B. VIEW ADESA LIVEBLOCK WATCH LIST VEHICLES ON OPENLANE.COM Hover your cursor over WATCHLIST in the main navigation bar. The row of secondary navigation will appear. Click LIVEBLOCK 7. SALE CHECK-IN First, click JOIN! from the SCHEDULE page to join a live sale Then, enter your contact information, payment, transportation and post-sale inspection preferences to expedite your check-out process

5 Simulcasting Worldwide Page 5 of 5 8. BID ON VEHICLES Bid on vehicles by clicking the BID button Your bid will be sent to the auction block and integrated with bids from the floor. View additional lanes by clicking the Watch More Lanes tab. View up to three additional lanes To move to a different watched lane, click the Click to Participate link The bid history area displays all bidding activity. If your bid is successful, your dealership name and bid amount will appear. Also watch this area for special announcements. 9A. VIEW PURCHASES ON ADESA LIVEBLOCK Click MY PURCHASES to view vehicles purchased and pending IF deals for your dealership 9B. VIEW ADESA LIVEBLOCK PURCHASES ON OPENLANE.COM Hover your cursor over MY ACCOUNT in the main navigation bar. The row of secondary navigation will appear. Click LIVEBLOCK PURCHASES SPECIAL NOTE FOR OPENLANE.COM USERS Checkout processes in ADESA LiveBlock differ from OPENLANE.com processes. Please refer the ADESA LiveBlock FAQ for specific differences.
