Print and Fill Out the Community Service Prior Approval Form from the Kentwood website. All Community Service Hours must be recorded and signed off on the Community Experience Time Log on the Kentwood website. When you have finished your Community Service, you will need to write a three-paragraph reflection paper about your experience. -Directions for the Community Service Reflection Paper are on the Community Service Prior Approval Form.
