17 Culminating Project Tasks: 9 th Grade Community Service Complete 4 Hours of Community Service for your Freshman Year (Need 16 Hours by January of Senior Year). -Cannot be paid for this time -Must be outside of school time. -Must be related to your career interests or for a cause that you are passionate about. Print and Fill Out the Community Service Prior Approval Form from the Kentwood website. All Community Service Hours must be recorded and signed off on the Community Experience Time Log on the Kentwood website. When you have finished your Community Service, you will need to write a three-paragraph reflection paper about your experience. -Directions for the Community Service Reflection Paper are on the Community Service Prior Approval Form.

Type the classes you took, are taking, and are planning to take into the tables provided. Click on the Choose One and select whether the class was Core or Honors. Upload this document to your Naviance Journal as Four Year Plan when finished.
