1 Professional Service Provider Application Guide Step 1: Click Apply Step 2: Log in or set up a new account NEED A NEW ACCOUNT Click START and then enter in all required fields, then select Next Page. When selecting Next Page it will automatically launch you into the application.

2 ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT Click LOGIN and enter in your username and password. Once you have logged into your account, you may select the IMPORT link to transfer any applicable information from an application you have previously submitted to another district or ESC using AppliTrack.

3 Step 3: Complete sections 1 21 PERSONAL INFORMATION Enter, verify or update your Personal Information including your username and password POSTAL ADDRESS Enter, verify or update your Postal Address.

4 VACANCY DESIRED Select Job ID 109: Professional Service Provider for the School Year. Please note: Job ID 104 is for Professional Service Providers currently approved in the network. POSITION DESIRED Select Professional Service Provider New to the Network. Please note: Standard Resume Current PSPs ONLY is for Professional Service Providers currently approved in the network

Step 4: Finish & Submit When you are finished completing your application, click the Finish and Submit button at the bottom of the application.

11 Other Tips for Completing Application SAVING YOUR APPLICATION At the bottom of the application you have the option to save your application to come back to it at a later date. EDITING YOUR APPLICATION If you saved your account and need to go back in to complete, go to =109. Then click LOGIN and enter in your username and password. Once you are logged into the application system, click EDIT to get to your application.
