1 Name Career Assignment This part of the final evaluation project will count as 10% of your final mark. This Career Assignment will be handed in on or before November 15th, 2013 and will consist of the items in the checklist below. Any portion of the Career Assignment that is not included in the binder, in the order outlined below, will not be marked. As per Ministry of Education policy, any student who fails to hand in any portion of their project by the assigned dates will receive a mark of zero toward the final evaluation. 5 Part III Evaluation of Your Placement Each area of evaluation must be titled and presented in full sentence and paragraph form. Ensure spelling and grammar are correct. Health and Safety /10 - list and explain at least four health (level 3) or safety as they were applied in your work place.
