3 2. Introduction The Envilope brand is more than just a logo. It is a visual kit and language made up of many pieces that work together to convey the core of what Envilope is and what we stand for. These guidelines have been created to help our partners, licensees, outside vendors, and other third parties understand how to use Envilope brand features correctly, including Envilope logos and trademarks. You are permitted to use the Envilope name, logos, artwork, and other brand features only in accordance with our Trademark Guidelines and Style Guide. Brand Guidelines Envilope.com. 4 3. Logo Our logo is the Lydian stone of our brand and one of our most important assets. We must ensure proper usage. This is our primary logo. Note the horizontal lockup. 5 3.1 Clearspace The Envilope logo and Envilope mark should always have space to breathe, surrounded by a minimum area of space. A margin of clear space equivalent to the height of the EnvIlope if possible to create the invisible boundary of the area of isolation. The mark has a clear space equal to half the width. 8 3.5 Sizing There are no predetermined sizes for the Envilope logo. Scale and proportion should be determined by the available space, aesthetics, function and visibility.there is no preset maximum size for the Envilope logo. Minimum sizes are as shown here. 10 4. Color Palette We love colors. Mostly we use our two main colors, but we also have a wide variety of secondary colors as well. 11 5.Typography Our typeface is Roboto, a beatiful sanserif that complements our identity. Our font family should be used for all communications, ensuring a consistent look and feel in all online and print literature. Use good judgment when choosing different weights. 12 6. Iconography We have used a variety of iconography. These are some of our line drawing icons. They are familiar, uncomplicated and friendly, just like our design. When creating icons please keep the following in mind: Imagery should be simple and iconic. Detail elements should be minimal. Round corners whenever possible. 13 7. Photography Style Our style of photography is clean. It should express the idea of Trustworthy, Innovative, Privacy, Control & Compliance. Security and Safeness. 14 8. Composites Envilope have an extensive and growing collection of composites that may be helpful to you and are available upon request. In case that you want to built your own, please make sure to you follow the steps below. 1. Use stock pictures based on our Photography Style. 2. The copy should always have space to breathe. Make sure that you apply a margin of clear space. 3. Feel free to use our trademark instead of the entire logo if needed but never use the wordmark without the envelope trademark. 4. In cases you would like to emphasize on the content, feel free to use our Outlined Rectangle. We call it Envilope Window. Outlined Rectangle (a.k.a. Envilope Window): Following our logo's geometrical structure, there are cases that we re using an outlined rectangle to showcase the content. A dominant, four-sided shape that represents Trust, Stability, Honestly and Security. The rectangle contains open paths. 15 8.1 The Envilope Window 32px Is very important to use the envilope window properly. Therefore make sure that you always follow our guidelines in case you would like to bring it on your composite designs. A simple example could be a squared composite: 1. If there is a primary element displayed, like the document icon on the example given, should always be in the centre of your artboard. If not, consider not to use the window. 3.
