1 Corporate Brand Standards

2 Welcome to the new brand standards guideline for the Altegra Health logo mark and brand. This new dynamic brand will help convey the messaging of Altegra Health while increasing the awareness of the many powerful and diverse resources and solutions offered by Altegra Health. This brand standards guideline will serve as the foundation for all current and future stationery, collateral, marketing and digital design. Please use this guideline as the principal resource for colors, sizing, font placement and usage, and overall specifications for the Altegra Health brand. 2

3 Logo Scaling Large versions create a more appropriate application on large graphics (signage, banners, kitcovers). Small versions create a more appropriate application on business cards, etc. and create more esthetic and functional use in small applications. Large Version Small Version With Tagline Minimum Size: Minimum Size: 1/2 Non-Tagline Version Minimum Size: 3/4 Minimum Size: 1/4 Occasionally, the logo may need to be presented in a smaller application, such as promotional items or signature marks. In such instances a non-tagline version can be used. The length of the non-tagline version must be at least 3/4. 3

4 Altegra Health Logo Specifications While the logo should be retained in its correct format at all times, below are the exact positioning and spacing specifications for the logo. These specifications are not to be deviated in any way. Any deviation will be considered a violation of the brand standard. Clearspace There must be at least a double spacing of x around every perimeter of the logo for clearance. The spacing between the h and the start of the flower logo serves as x. clear space 1/2 clear space clear space 1/2 clear space Altegra Health Logo Color Specifications The full color logo may be reproduced using either a spot color or by using four color process. The primary choice is to use the logo in spot color wherever available to keep the ink color consistency. 6 Incorrect Usage The indications shown below represent examples of incorrect usage of the Altegra Health logo. Never alter the logo from its approved design in any way. Changing the color layout apart from the color layout above. Adding any additional colors to the logo other than black and white or the 2 colors listed on the previous page. Using the wrong version at the appropriate size. Using the logo without the trademark. Switching the logo around in any way. Putting any color or graphic content too close to the logo. 6

8 The Blue Bar Branding Element The blue bar will be a predominant aspect of the branding. Below shows an example of its usage. Blue bar should be a minimum of 1/2 from edge in most applications. Spacing should be at least 1X from the edge of the logo. Naming (text copy applications) In text copy the Altegra Health brand name can be used as follows: 1. Altegra Health (preferred name) 2. Altegra (short version, use when space is limited) 3. Altegra Health, Inc. (legal name, for use in contracts and legal documents) Trademarks (text copy applications) In any text copy application please use the (TM) after the first use of Altegra Health. You may then use Altegra Health without the (TM) mark thereafter. For registered trademarks owned by Altegra Health, please use use the (R) after the first use. You may then use the registered trademark without the (R) mark thereafter. 8
