2 1. Go to You will be directed to this page.

3 2. Enter your login information. Enter your username and password.

4 3. From the login page, you will be directed to your dashboard. Click on Donate Now. Click on Donate Now.

5 4. From this page you may select a donor center or a mobile drive for which to schedule an appointment. Instructions for scheduling a donor center appointment can be found in steps 5-8. Instructions for scheduling at a mobile drive can be found in steps Instructions for scheduling using a sponsor name can be found in steps Instructions for scheduling using a sponsor code can be found in steps To schedule an appointment at a mobile drive, select one of these search methods. To schedule an Appointment with a sponsor, select one of these search methods. To schedule an appointment at a donor center, select one of the donor centers.

6 DONOR CENTER APPOINTMENTS

7 Click on whole blood, double red cells, or platelets depending on what you plan to donate. 5. To schedule a donor center appointment, select the date you would like to donate and click on the product you will donate.

8 6. Click on the Appointment Slot associated with your desired donation time. Appointments still available. Click on time you would like to schedule your appointment to donate.

9 7. You may add notes if you wish. Once you are satisfied, click on Confirm to finalize your appointment. Click on Confirm to finalize your appointment.

10 8. Once you successfully schedule your appointment, you will see this screen.

11 MOBILE APPOINTMENTS

12 To schedule an appointment at a mobile drive, select one of these search methods. 9. To schedule a mobile appointment, click on one of the options in the sidebar.

13 10. Enter your zip code and check the Include Mobile Drives box. You may adjust the date and distance ranges. Click Search. Enter the zip code you want to search. Check the Include Mobile Drives box. Click on Search to find mobile drives.

14 11. Select a drive. Click Schedule. To schedule an appointment at a mobile drive, select Schedule next to your desired drive.

15 12. Click on your desired donation time. Appointments still available.

16 13. You may add notes if you wish. Once you are satisfied, click on Confirm to finalize your appointment.

17 14. Once you successfully schedule your appointment, you will see this screen.

18 SPONSOR NAME APPOINTMENTS

19 To schedule an appointment with a sponsor name, select sponsor name search. 15. To schedule an appointment using a sponsor name, click sponsor name search.

20 16. Enter the sponsor name and the date range for the drive. Enter the drive date range. Enter the sponsor name.

21 17. You will be directed to this screen. The drive will be listed. Click on Schedule to schedule an appointment. Click on Schedule.

22 18. Click on the Appointment Slot associated with your desired donation time. Appointments still available. Click on time you would like to schedule your appointment to donate.

23 19. You may add notes if you wish. Once you are satisfied, click on Confirm to finalize your appointment.

24 20. Once you successfully schedule your appointment, you will see this screen.

26 To schedule an appointment with a sponsor code, select sponsor code search. 21. To schedule an appointment using a sponsor code, click sponsor code search.

27 22. Enter the sponsor code and the date range for the drive. Enter the drive date range. Enter the sponsor code.

28 23. You will be directed to this screen. The drive will be listed. Click on Schedule to schedule an appointment. Click on Schedule.
