1 DonorNet Online Giving Instructions All Ahearn Fund members, current and brand new, must sign up for a new account on DonorNet. The following pages provide helpful tips to all current and new Ahearn Fund members on how to effectively manage their accounts. 2 Current Ahearn Fund Members: Set up an online account. If you are unsure of your Customer Number or address that you have on file with the Ahearn Fund, please call Use your Customer Number and your Address to set up your online DonorNet account. To begin, go to Click on Sign up for a new account 2

3 After clicking on Sign up for a new account, you will be taken to the screen below. As a current donor, click on I am a Current Ahearn Fund Member 3

4 After clicking on I am a Current Ahearn Fund Member you will be taken to the screen shown below. Enter your AD/Donor Number and the address linked to your account. If you do not know your AD/Donor Number an Ahearn Fund staff member will you with the number. (see below) This information was included on the preceding letter. Please call the Ahearn Fund office, if you have any questions, or are a current donor and did not receive a letter with this information included. 4

5 After clicking on I am a Current Ahearn Fund Member you will be taken to the screen shown below. Enter your AD/Donor Number and the address linked to your account. Call the Ahearn Fund office at if you have any questions. 5

6 Click on the link provided in the you receive from DonorNet. The link will take you to the page shown below. Enter a Username and Password that you can easily remember then click Submit Your Username and Password can be anything you would like, but we recommend that you come up with a secure password. 6

7 Click on the active link (click here to view your account) to view your account information. You have just activated your Ahearn Fund Fund DonorNet account! You will be taken to a page that will show your contact information you are ready to begin managing your online account! 7

8 New Ahearn Fund Members: To begin, go to Click on Sign up for a new account 8

9 After clicking on Sign up for a new account, you will be taken to the screen below. As a brand new member, click on, I want to become an Ahearn Fund Member 9

10 After clicking on, I want to become an Ahearn Fund Member, you will be taken to the screen below. 10

11 Next, you will be taken to the following page to fill in your personal contact information. Fill in as much information as possible. This will help keep your account accurate. Please remember your Username and Password, as you will need that information to access your account the next time you Login. Once you have filled in all of your information, click Create Account 11

12 Once you have successfully created your account you will receive the following message. Click on the link that reads, Click here to make a donation, to enter your account. 12

13 View/Update Your Edit Account Information: Once you have signed into your account you will see a screen similar to the one shown below. Along the left hand side you will notice many options. Your Account this will always take you back to the main/home account screen showing your contact information and Current Donations. This is where you can click to Edit your mailing information (shown above). Complete Current Pledge this will allow you to view current pledges with a remaining balance. Submit New Pledge/Donation this will give you the opportunity to continue to pay on your pledge until your commitment has been paid. Set up Payment Schedule (see Page 14) click here if you would like to set up a payment plan to complete your Ahearn Fund pledge View Scheduled Payments this allows you to view any scheduled payments you have on your account Change Your Username/Password you can change your Username/Password at any time 13

14 Set up Payment Schedule: Ahearn Fund members may set up scheduled payments to complete their pledge. The screen below allows you to customize your payment schedule within the current drive year. 14

15 Donation Summary: Shown below is an example of a donation summary page that will be on your account. 15

16 Submit New Pledge or Donation: All new donors or current donors who would like to add to their current contribution must select Submit New Pledge or Donation After setting up your pledge in Ahearn (enter your pledge/donation amount, shown below as $1,000). 16

17 Confirm Payment: Review your payment and click Confirm Payment Congratulations! You have completed your online donation! An notification will be sent to you immediately. 17
