Operation a) Start from URL Type the following URL: The following dialogue is displayed. b) Account approval procedure To acquire an account newly, click a symbol of a screen right shoulder. "Login" "Register" is displayed in the pop-up menu. 2

4 When "Register" is clicked, the following dialogue box is indicated. Enter name in "Login" column, Enter the address in " " column, set "Password" to open "Geo Pro". You can choose from a camera and icloud Drive (data drive) which attach to your PDA. When you select a camera, it is stored on the server of Geo Pro. It's possible to choose an existing photo in icloud Drive. When position information is embedded in a picture, position information is posted on your GoogleMap automatically in the photography location of the picture. Note: These environment will depend on your PDA. c) Click "save" button to save. Information with photos and memos will be saved to a cloud drive. 5

7 If 3G network or wifi communication is weak, we recommend that you should take Photos without Geo Pro. 7. Editing data a) Registered data edit Click on the Pencil symbol that lined up in the item "Actions" on the right of the data. 8 Data Time: The present time stamp is entered automatically. If you click a calendar button on the right side, you can change the date. File name written in Photo column are registered in the Cloud drive. If you want to edit it again, there is nothing to show in the New Image column of a Photo column. But if you don t change the information, it isn't necessary to save it again. The picture registered with the History location of Photo just before is showed, but it's possible to choose this picture by a radio button. b) Save the registered data If you want to terminate to edit, click "Save" button. 8. Deleting data a) Delete the registered data Click on the right side of the Trash symbol that lined up in the item "Actions" on the right of the data. Selected data will be deleted. 9. Download of data a) Download the registered data. 7

If you clicks "CSV Download" on the screen, MsExcel (Windows) or Numbers (ios) or OfficeSuite (Windows or ios or Android) will open and selected information are displayed in each software as follows.

Information search a) Extract the data from the search string Enter a string to search for in the "Search" column. For example, if you enter a search string of "Kyoto", data associated with an address and notes information are extracted. 13. Change User Profile and add Accounts a) Change Password Select the "User Profile" from the pull-down menu. Change the password and complete with the "Submit" button. b) Add Account The login ID s and addresses are managed in their groups. If you want to create a new account, use the new login ID and address to assign. 10

12 14. Log out a) Log out Click "Logout" button from the pull-down menu to logout form the Geo Pro. 11
