5 Hyperion FDM Reports Base Trial Balance Reports TB Current Location with Targets Description: Displays imported source accounts/departments and their corresponding Hyperion accounts/ entities. TB Current Location with Rules Description: Displays imported source accounts/departments and the Hyperion FDM mapping rule (map wildcard) that they are included in. TB Current Location, By Target Account Description: Displays input accounts, subtotaled by source accounts TB Current Location, By Target Entity/Acct Description: Displays input accounts and entities, subtotaled by Target Entity/Account. TB Current Loc, All Dimensions/Targets Description: Displays all imported records with all dimensions and their respective targets. TB Current Loc, All Dimensions/Targets, By Target Entity/Acct Description: Displays all imported records with all dimensions and their respective targets. 6 Hyperion FDM Reports Guide Check Reports Check Report Description: Displays the results of the Validation Rules for the current location (pass/fail status only). Check Report With Warnings Description: Displays the results of the Validation Rules for the current location. Any warnings that are recorded in the Validation Rule will be shown if warning criteria are met. Check Report Period Range Description: Displays the results of the Validation Rules for selected periods. Parameters: Category, Start Period, End Period Check Report by Val. Entity Seq. Description: Displays the results of the Validation Rules for the current location (pass/fail status only) sorted by the sequence defined in the validation entity group. Check Report with Warnings (Only Warnings/Errors) Description: Displays the results of the Validation Rules for the current location. Any warnings that are recorded in the Validation Rule will be shown if warning criteria are met. This does not show rules that passed the validation.

7 Process Monitor Reports Process Monitor Description: Displays a list of all locations and their current status (i.e., import, validate, export, load, check). Locations are displayed sorted alphabetically. Process Monitor With Lock Description: Displays a list of all locations and their current status (i.e., import, validate, export, load, check), plus it displays the lock/unlock status of the locations. Process Monitor All Categories Description: Displays a list of all locations and their current load status for every category. Runs for: All Hyperion FDM Categories and locations Parameters: Period Process Status Period Range Description: Displays a list of all locations and their current load status for each period in a period range. Runs for: All locations, Period range Parameters: Category, Start Period, End Period Process Monitor Sorted by Location Hierarchy Description: Displays a list of all locations and their current status (i.e., import, validate, export, load, check). Locations are displayed in the same hierarchy as they appear in on the Locations screen. Utility Reports Dimension Map Description: Displays a list of all mapping rules for a selected dimension. Parameters: Hyperion FDM Dimension Dimension Map For POV Description: Displays a list of all mapping rules for a selected period/category/dimension. Parameters: Hyperion FDM Dimension, Category, Period System Log for Location Description: Displays all log entries for the current location. Parameters: Start Date, End Date

Parameters: Category, Year Account Chase Trend 12 Period Description: Displays a single target input account, subtotaled by source accounts, across all 12 periods of the selected year. Runs for: All Hyperion FDM locations Parameters: Target Account, Category, Year Variance Reports Trial Balance Variance Description: Displays source input accounts, subtotaled by target accounts, varianced over 2 periods/ categories Parameters: Category 1, Period 1, Category 2, Period 2 Account Chase Variance Description: Displays all source input accounts, for a single target input account, varianced over 2 periods/ categories Runs for: All Hyperion FDM locations Parameters: Target Account, Category 1, Period 1, Category 2, Period 2

Parameters: Target Account, Period, Category Account Chase With Wildcards Description: Displays input account(s) for all Hyperion FDM location, subtotaled by Hyperion FDM Location based on account selection that allows use of wildcards. Parameters: Target Account, Period, Category Map Monitor For User Description: Displays a list of mapping changes, additions, and deletions, made by a single user. Includes the user name, time and date of change. Parameters: User ID Map Monitor For Location Description: Displays a list of the mapping changes, additions, and deletions, for a single location. Includes the user name, time and date of change. Runs for: Single Hyperion FDM Location Parameters: Location Map Monitor For Location For Type Description: Displays a list of the selected mapping updates (Additions, Changes or Deletions), for a single location. Runs for: N/A Import Formats By Location Description: Displays a list of all the import formats by Hyperion FDM location. Runs for: N/A Security Reports User List Description: Displays a list of all Hyperion FDM users, their security level, and the locations they have access to. Sorted by Security Level. Runs for: N/A User List Sorted By User Description: Displays a list of all Hyperion FDM users, their security level, and the locations they have access to. Sorted by User Name Runs for: N/A Application Object List Description: Displays a list of all Hyperion FDM objects (i.e., buttons, menus) and their assigned security level. Runs for: N/A User Logons By User Description: Displays a list of user logons, includes session ID and IP address of machine used to logon as well as to which application server the user connected. Sorted by user ID. Runs for: N/A Parameters: Start Date, End Date Last Logon Time For All Users Description: Displays the date/time of the last logon for each user. If user has never logged on then the user is not displayed. Runs for: N/A Last Event Time for All Users Description: Displays the last event (Import Text, Process Map, Target Load, etc.) and time/date that even ran. Grouped by location/user. Runs for: All Locations & all users

11 Days Since Last Logon Description: Displays the Date/Time of the last logon for all users and the number of days since the last logon. Any user that has never logged on is displayed is a separate group. Sorted by User ID. Runs for: All Users Security Changes Description: Displays a list of all security updates grouped by change type.
