5 Terms & Conditions Plantronics Get Started Terms & Conditions Participation in the Plantronics Get Started ("Program") is limited to companies with 50 or more employees located in the United Kingdom, EIRE, Germany, France, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, Russia, Denmark, Belgium, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Finland and will be offered trough selected resellers under the Plantronics Connect program. The Program begins May 15, 2014 and will end May 30, 2015 ("Program Period"). During the Program Period, eligible end users may receive a total of three (3) devices from the Blackwire, Calisto, Savi and/or Voyager Legend UC product families ("Qualified Products") for evaluation purposes. Please allow two (2) weeks for delivery of the Qualified Products. Eligible end users who purchase a minimum of 50 Qualified Products before June 30, 2015 will receive one (1) free Qualified Product for every ten (10) Qualified Products purchased. The Qualified Products received free in the deployment stage must be like product to that purchased. Shipments of products are limited to 1 location. The number of products ordered under de "Get Started" program conditions cannot exceed the number of employees. Request for free Qualified Products must be received by Plantronics within four (4) weeks of original purchase by submitting proof of purchase (copy of single invoice) from the participant or the Distributor/Reseller to the Plantronics representative. Requests received by Plantronics more than four (4) weeks after the purchase date will not be accepted or processed. Please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks to receive your free Qualified Products. Plantronics reserves the right to verify purchase of the Qualified Products, including but not limited to requesting the original purchase receipt. Plantronics Distributors, Resellers and other Channel Partners are eligible to participate in this Program on invite only and must match AVAYA certification as official distributor / reseller of the AVAYA IPOffice portfolio. Plantronics has the right in the exercise of its discretion to determine which companies and / or individuals meet the criteria and to not allow companies and/ or individuals who do not meet the criteria to participate in the Program. This Program cannot be combined or cumulated with any other Plantronics end-user offers, promotions or campaigns. Plantronics reserves the right to revise or cancel this Program for any reason without further notice. Plantronics is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail. If a participating company cannot be contacted for any reason, such as inaccurate phone number and/or address, the participating company will be disqualified from receiving the free product. By participating in this Program, you accept and agree to be bound by the Program terms and conditions.

8 Plantronics Offering During the Program Period, end user customers may receive a total of 3 out of 5 devices from the BlackWire, Calisto, Savi and/or Voyager Legend UC product families for evaluation purposes. End user customers who purchase a minimum of 50 Qualified Products before March 31, 2015 will receive 1 free Qualified Product for every 10 Qualified Products purchased. The Qualified Products received free in the deployment stage must be equal to the products purchased. Offering summary: 10% in products as discount. Product must be the same as being purchased Not in conjunction with existing promotions
