New information sources, unthought of just a few years ago, are driving additional challenges for those responsible for implementing enterprise archiving and Information Lifecycle Management policies. Add content from wikis, blogs and other social media to the traditional corporate content generators such as and the complexity can seem overwhelming. Many organizations are recognizing that they must move beyond archiving just to meet new requirements, which extend to multiple content sources such as social media, file systems, Microsoft SharePoint, instant messages, structured data from SAP and other business applications - all of which are growing exponentially. And, they also recognize that they cannot simply keep everything forever. Software Maintenance also provides you with access to updates (modifications or fixes), releases, and versions of the program. You will be notified, via announcement letter, of discontinuance of support with 12 months' notice.
