2 Remember the purpose: To AID The aid(s) should: illustrate the point aid in audience understanding/ processing of the concepts The aid(s) should not: be the reason for the presentation be the presentation distract from/take over the presentation Guidelines for Aids Selecting aids Designing aids Using aids Selecting Aids Ethical Remember the purpose: Clarity aid your presentation Appropriateness Simple Design Concepts Transport Visible/Audible
