2 Placing Online Print Center Order Screen LOGIN: BSD Site Enter your Login Name and Password Click Login Select Copy & Print Page 2 of 9

3 Click Upload Files under Print Your Documents Choose the product you wish to upload and configure You will have the option to change your product at a later time if you choose Page 3 of 9

4 Once you have selected your product, you will have the ability to upload the document you wish to print To select multiple files, hold down the CRTL (Control) button on your keyboard and select the necessary files Upload your document. You can upload up to 10 documents at a time File types accepted: Word (.doc,.docx) Excel (.xls,.xlsx) PowerPoint (.ppt,.pptx) RTF (.rtf) JPEG (.jpg,.jpe,.jpeg) PNG (.png) Bitmap (.bmp) GIF (.gif) TIFF (.tif,.tiff) View your document You will have the ability to flip through each page of your document to review how it will be printed Note: Prior to uploading a document you will have the ability to choose all your finishing options and get a real time quote for the job you intend to create Page 4 of 9

5 Finishing Options Select all your print and finishing options. Pricing will automatically update as options are selected Note: All finishing options displayed will be specific to the product chosen Page level exceptions will be available if you need to select specific pages within your document to have printed on different paper, in color or black & white Special Instructions my be entered if you have additional information on your print job or if you are unsure of that your print job was configured correctly. + Add Special Instructions Page 5 of 9

6 Once your document is configured select add to cart and proceed to check out Additional Finishing Options To add TABS choose the 3-Ring Binder option. Enter the number of tabs needed under Finishing Options and then click on the Customize Tabs Name your tabs under Tab Text and list the page number before each tab under Tab Location Page 6 of 9

7 REVIEW DELIVERY DETAILS Please veirfy the details listed in your checkout screen User Information Shipping Information Options Order Information Payment Information Delivery Options Click Place Order NOTE: Print Order Delivery Production & delivery of your print order will be determined by the personalized options you selected. Please note that you will receive a call from Office Depot Print Fascility to confirm your request and verify your configuration. Please allow 3-5 business days (Mon Fri) for delivery of your print job via UPS. Some lead times may be longer due to the complexity of an print request. Page 7 of 9

8 Frequently Asked Questions 1. What happens if I have issues/questions with my order or ordering online? All print questions may be directed to your dedicated Customer Satisfaction Representative, Johnathan Otero, by calling (855) ext If you require assistance inputing an order you may also call , and then choose option #2. If asked, your account number is How long after I place my order online will it take to get the job back? The lead time for most print jobs will be 3 business days to produce and 2 days ship via UPS. There are times that there might be a longer lead time due to the complexity of your job or the time of year (i.e. back to school time). 3. What happens if I am having issues uploading and configuring so to make things quicker I just fill out the Special Instructions section and submit the job? When you go into the site to upload your print jobs, you must configure the job to the finishing options you need. It is with these finishing options that you choose the quantity, color/type of paper, stapling options, binding, folding, etc. Please note that you should not bypass the configuring options and go down to the special instructions box to put all this info in for the store to configure. 4. What if I do not understand how to use the Print on Demand site to place my print orders? If you are new or would like to get some additional training on how to configure and submit your jobs online. 9 5. I am trying to use my other Office Depot login, but every time I go to business.officedepot.com it already has me signed in. How do I sign out (disengage auto login)? Go to the top of page, right hand side and hover over the section that is titled My Account > While hovering, move your cusor down and choose My Profile > You can now choose then click on My Profile Overview on the left side of the page > Under Subscriptions & Settings - Choose the Edit Login Info & Lost Password Prompt and then choose Edit Login Info & Lost Password Prompt > Uncheck the box beside Log me in automatically (Cookies must be enabled for auto login), before updating information, you will need to re-enter your Old Password and use the same password for the New Password and Confirm Password options then scroll down to the bottom left of the page and click the UPDATE button. > Now you are all set to Log out and Re-login with your other account login and password. 6. How do I change my password from Welcome1 to a secure password? If you decide to change your password it will be located under the My Profile section which can be found the top of the right hand side of page and hover over the section that is titled My Account Once there, click on the third file folder down to the left and then the tab labeled My Profile Overview. Lastly choose Edit Login Info & Lost Password Prompt and you can now change your password and update your security question. 7. Can I use the Reorder option from my previous Print orders? Unfortunately for security purposes the Office Depot s system does not keep the digital files for more than a day or so. Once the job is printed and shipped the digital files are deleted. For end users who want to reorder the same projects each week, or semester, Office Depot (Eroica Wakstein) can easily set you up with an online File Cabinet. By doing this users can add their own documents and configure them so that reorder process is nice and easy. The File Cabinet program is very user friendly. Page 9 of 9
