1 NANNI DIESEL SPARE PARTS CATALOGUE VIA WEB (NDsps) NDsps use Internet to connect directly the dealer to NANNI DIESEL Spare Parts System. Using this system you can choose the spare parts that you need, send directly an order via Web to Nanni and follow the progress of all your spare part orders. To enter into the system, type your username and your password in the indicated areas: the below window will open. If this window doesn t open, check your username and your password, open again and insert them. 2 NDsps is fundamentally divided in two sections : The first section, for which you can access to by clicking on Catalogue will allow you to visualize the detailed views of engines produced by Nanni, in order to get set on the parts you need and finally to fill the basket with orders that you want to send. The second section, for which you can access to by clicking on Spares on line will allow you to confirm at least the order that you have prepared by using the first section and to check the related costs and more over the availability at the factory of the concerned parts. This same section allows also to visualize all the orders you have sent and their state of progress at every order line. Section 1: Spare parts catalogue Clicking on Catalogue : the following window will open : Now click on the engine you want and then on Search On the window that will open on the left click on Nanni Diesel and carry on till you see the list of engine subsets A. 3 Now click on subset you want. You will see on the top on the left the detailed view of this subset and down below the list of components of this subset with the following data at every line : N : n of conformity with the drawing Item : code of component Button for insertion of the component to the basket Qty Basket : quantity to be inserted to the basket (modifiable following your wishes) Package : minimum package of the component (quantities inserted on the basket related to this package) Quantity : number of parts which make the subset represented BT : not used Notes : specific communications regarding the component Sub : the item which possibly substitute the component LS : no used Now you can fill the basket inserting on the column Qty basket the required quantities and clicking on the button add : you will see the basket filled with the components for which you have follow this procedure. 4 Section 2: Spare parts on line Once the basket is filled with the list of components you desire, reduce in icon the screen and go back to the screen where you have to click on Spares on line On the screen that will open, click on Spares on line and then on Inquiry & Orders form Click on Search and you will see the list of components that you have previously inserted on the basket. Now click on Inventory inquiry You will see, for each component: A. Filippi Page 4 20/10/2005

5 The price of listing Your discount The minimum package The availability at Nanni workshop ( available in case of immediate availability; Please call for details in case of immediate unavailability) The total ordered quantity A compartment indicating the confirmation of the order (if you click on it eliminating v the component will not be ordered) Now carry on by clicking on the button carriage of order The following window will open : You will see the invoicing address of the order Complete the fields : Order type Dealer order ref. Shipping date And then click on delivery making appear the standard delivery address of goods that you can confirm or modify according to your necessities. A. Filippi Page 5 20/10/2005

6 After this operation click on the order confirmation button A confirmation message will appear Now you have sent the order to Nanni. Within 24 hours you will receive the usual Nanni confirmation. A. Filippi Page 6 20/10/2005

7 The next screen is Containing all data of the sent order If you would like to print it for your storage, you have to click on the printing symbol and you will see the preview. Using the button on the top bar you can also choose if you prefer a vertical or a horizontal print. A. Filippi Page 7 20/10/2005

8 Check the orders progress If you want to check the progress of your orders you have to return to the initial page of the section Spares on line and click on Spares on line and then on State Orders Progress. You can scroll the list of all your orders and, by clicking on V on the column at the right of any order you can see the progress in detail of each component of the relative order. By clicking now on Parts on line and Catalogue you can return to the section of the spare parts Catalogue. A. Filippi Page 8 20/10/2005
