2 Trader Guide Page 1 of 11 This module is solely for Traders to apply for a permit online and to check the status of their applications INTRODUCTION Step 1: At Internet Explorer, go to address (url): Step 2: Login as Trader (or your assigned username with trader rights) Step 3: Read and understand the epermit Trader screen below: Click Remember Password to disable automatic logout if there were no activity above 30 minutes from your terminal Click the menu to access the respective items Dotted line box shows the fields available to search or filter - enter your search parameters here, then click Show This shows your User Name Click here to edit your user profile or change password Click here to LOGOUT This shows you the Application ID Use Page to jump to next page(if available)

3 Trader Guide Page 2 of 11 GUIDE: How do I change my password? This shows your User Name Click EDIT PROFILE to change your personal details This shows your Group Role Click here to Logout Type your password here, then click SUBMIT to save your changes The EDIT PROFILE screen

EDIT an existing application: Click the application number SORT the list: Click the respective TITLES to sort in ascending or descending order DELETE an application : Click check box to select the application, click the DELETE button. Note: only (draft) applications can be deleted

Step 1: On left menu Click AP Transaction Step 2: Click Apply to apply permit Step 3: Fill in all the relevant information for Permit Type, Transaction Type and so on. The asterisk(*)mark the mandatory fields. Step 4: Click Continue upon completion Step 6: Click Cancel to go back to the main page Step 5: Click Reset to reenter required fields Continue Next Page
