2 FA Guide Page 1 of 10 This module is solely for Traders to apply for a permit online and to check the status of their application INTRODUCTION Step 1: In Internet Explorer, go to address (url): Step 2: Login as Trader (or your assigned username with trader rights) Step 3: Read and understand the epermit Trader screen below: Click the menu to access the respective items Search filters - enter your search parameters here (within the purple dotted line) to narrow down the permit list, then click SHOW button This shows your User Name Click Remember Password to disable automatic logout if there were no activity above 30 minutes from your terminal Click here to edit your user profile or change password Click here to LOGOUT of the epermit system This shows you the list of permit records. Click on the permit record to view details Use Page to jump to second or third page (if available)

This shows your User Name Click EDIT PROFILE to change your personal details This shows your Group Role Click LOGOUT to exit this epermit application Change your password here, then click SUBMIT to save your changes The EDIT PROFILE screen

4 FA Guide Page 3 of 10 GUIDE: How do I add, edit or delete a permit? APPLY a permit: Click APPLY button to create a new permit Apply a new application but copy information from a previous permit: Select the permit you want a copy, then click COPY button EDIT an existing permit: Click the permit application number SORT the list: Click the respective TITLES to sort ascending/descending DELETE a permit: Use this tick box to select the permit to delete, then click the DELETE button. Note: only unapproved (draft) permits can be deleted

Step 1: Click APPLY button Step 2: Select Trader Name and Export Permit, then click SELECT button Step 3: Select Lembaga Koko Malaysia as OGA Name. Fill in all the relevant information for Consignor, Consignee and Agent. The asterisk (*) mark the compulsory fields NOTE: Click the SEARCH hyperlink to lookup the Consignor/Applicant or Agent details. Below is an example: Screenshot shorten for clarity Step 4: Click SAVE button on completion Step 5: Click NEXT button to continue to Step 6 Continue Next Page

6 FA Guide Page 5 of 10 GUIDE: How do I add/edit Grading Report Information? Step 6: Click ADD button to add Grading Report Information. Step 7: Fill in the form. The asterisk (*) mark the compulsory fields. Step 8: Click SAVE button to save the record. Click on the Cocoa Grading Report Number hyperlink to edit the grade information. Then click SAVE button. 7 FA Guide Page 6 of 10 Step 9: Click ADD button to add/enter a new item for your current permit Step 12: Click SUBMIT TO OGA button to submit this permit. Step 10: Click SEARCH hyperlink to select to add tariff code and other related details. Fields marked with * (asterisk) are compulsory fields Step 11: Click SAVE button to save this item record. The SEARCH hyperlink displays the AHTN, Tariff and Product Profile lookup tables Continue Next Page

This list s STATUS column gives you at-a-glance status of your permit Enlarge view Click to open the particular permit record, will give you a line-by-line status of your permit application You can print your permit via this PRINT button

11 FA Guide Page 10 of 10 GUIDE: How to upload to edeclare Step 1: Click on EDECLARE INTERGRATION on menu Step 2: Select a permit via the right side check box, then click on UPLOAD TO EDECLARE button Step 3: Select Account No from the list Step 4: Select the Agent Code from a lookup via Search. Step 5: Select the User ID from a lookup via Search. Once you have a correct agent code, click on SUBMIT to upload this permit Note: The user Id lookup screen Note: The agent lookup screen
