This product ca iput ad digital sigals at 2 24VDC. This product features 64 Optocoupler isolated iputs ad 64 Optocoupler isolated opecollector s. You ca use 6 iput sigals as iterrupt iputs. I additio, the digital filter fuctio to prevet wrog recogitio of iput sigals is provided ad trasistor protectio circuit (surge voltage protectio ad overcurret protectio). Widows/Liux driver is budled with this product. Widows/Liux compatible driver libraries are attached. Usig the attached driver library APIPAC(W2) makes it possible to create applicatios of Widow/Liux. I additio, a diagostic program by which the operatios of hardware ca be checked is provided. This product has a digital filter to prevet wrog recogitio of iput sigals from carryig oise or a chatterig. 5 Coectig sigals Coect the sigals to a curretdrive cotrolled device such as a relay or LED. The coectio requires a exteral power supply to feed currets. The sigal sectio is a Optocoupler isolated, opecollector (curret sik type). Drivig the sectio requires a exteral power supply. The rated curret per chael is 00mA at maximum. The sectio ca also be coected to a TTL level iput as it uses a lowsaturated trasistor. The residual voltage (lowlevel voltage) betwee the collector ad emitter with the o is 0.V or less at a curret withi 0mA or at most.0v at a curret withi 00mA. A zeer diode is coected to the trasistor protectio from surge voltages. A Polybased overcurret protector is provided every eight trasistors. Whe the overcurret protector works, the sectio of the board is temporarily disabled. If this is the case, tur of the power to the PC ad the exteral power supply ad wait a few miutes, the tur them o back.
