UCM6100 devices will n lnger receive new features, but will cntinue t receive critical security updates and majr bug fixes. NEW FEATURES OVERVIEW This sectin describes the majr new features/changes intrduced in the update and prvides instructins fr usage. NEW AMI COMMANDS Three additinal AMI cmmands have been added: GSAgents Lists queue agents and their status. Functinally similar t Asterisk s Agents cmmand. PJSIPShwEndpint Shws the infrmatin f an individual SIP endpint. Functinally similar t Asterisk s SIPshwpeer cmmand. PJSIPShwEndpint Shws the infrmatin f all SIP endpints. Functinally similar t Asteriks s SIPshwpeer cmmand. CDR EXPORT COLUMN CUSTOMIZATION Users can nw select the data they want t see in exprted CDR reprts by first clicking n the Filter buttn n the CDR page and selecting the desired infrmatin in the Exprt File Data field. 10 -TO-FAX -t-Fax allws users t send an with a TIFF/PDF attachment t a specified UCM fax extensin, which wuld then be frwarded t the fax extensin s cnfigured address. The detected TIFF/PDF attachments will then be added t the Fax/T.38 page s fax file list. Nte: It will take apprximately 2-3 minutes fr the attachments t be prcessed and sent ut t the designated fax extensin. T set up this feature: 1. Navigate t System Settings-> Settings and cnfigure the fllwing ptins: a. Set Type as Client. b. Cnfigure SMTP server settings and credentials c. Tick the Enable -t-Fax ptin d. Cnfigure POP settings e. Cnfigure Sender with the same address set in the SMTP fields. 2. Navigate t Call Features->Fax/T.38 and create a fax extensin. T use this feature, send an t the cnfigured address with the subject SendFaxMail t XXXX where XXXX is the fax extensin and attach the TIFF/PDF file. After 2-3 minutes, the attachment shuld appear in the fax file list in the Call Features->Fax/T.38 page in bth TIFF and PDF frmat. Restrictins: 1. Only ne attachment per is supprted. 2. 11 DISABLING MUSIC ON HOLD FILES Music n Hld audi files can nw be disabled t prevent playback, remving the need t delete audi files just t nt have them play. NEW PARKING OPTIONS: TIMEOUT DESTINATION & RING-ALL CALLBACK Additinal ptins have been added call park timeuts: Timeut Destinatin and Ring-All Callbacks. By default, timed ut parked calls will be reruted t the party that parked the call. Timeut Destinatin allws users t cntrl where these timed-ut calls will be ruted t. Ring-All Callback nly applies t extensins that have cncurrent registratins n ther endpint devices. 12 INBOUND ROUTE IMPORTING & EXPORTING Users can nw imprt and exprt inbund rutes t quickly set up inbund ruting n a UCM r t back up an existing cnfiguratin.
