Users can undertake simultaneous multichannel confocal fluorescence imaging and transmitted DIC acquisition. Lasers: o 4 Laser Diodes 405nm (50mW), 488nm (20mW), 561nm (20mW) and 640nm (40mW). * 980nm laser (collimator, fiber and adaptor) is not included in this quote. o Beam axis combiner unit and DM holder BDMOPT which combines 980nm laser beam onto FV3000RS. o IO interface box which outputs Digital signal for laser shuttering and analog signal for volume control of 980nm laser. o 10% or 100% maximum laser power changer by ND filter.
