14 The LED light is Infrared Only the LED light is used (filtered) Each time the LED s s flash a camera image is captured. The LED s s flash approximately 2 times per second Target Circles are etched with a process called: Photolithography Camera Pod

15 When an object is moved away it appears to get smaller If we know the actual size of the object(target) we can calculate the distance from the camera to the target or from target to target

18 As the circle is rotated it forms an ellipse This ellipse is used to measure the angle of the Target
