3 03 Customer Satisfaction Indexing is a web portal that has been developed by our team to help you to survey your customers. It will help you to not only make sure that you have happy, loyal customers, but to immediately deal with any problems that may arise. Why is Customer Satisfaction Indexing (CSI) so important? The importance of talking regularly to all your customers about CSI has to be a focus within your business. It has been proven that happy customers are more likely to stay with O 2 and recommend the service to others in turn creating more O 2 fans. Happy customers are less likely to leave Happy customers are more likely to buy multiple services Happy customers are more likely to recommend you Delivering a great customer experience is a key partner programme metric A bit more about CSI Where appropriate, the survey questions refer to Partners of O 2 to make it clear to your customer that they are talking about you The better you manage your customers, the happier they will feel and the higher your score will be The survey asks your customers about their whole experience, including: Network Billing Comms Value for money Products & services Customer service Account management How is customer satisfaction measured? Advertising Tariff Contract renewal The CSI score is measured on a scale of 1 10 across all questions asked, where 1 is extremely poor and 10 is excellent The survey asks a number of questions, including: In general how satisfied are you? How well does O 2 compare to your expectations? How close or far from being the ideal operator is O 2? What information will we share with you? Your individual customer scores and an overall CSI score Your customer names and comments unless they have asked to remain anonymous Red flags - where the customer has scored less than 6. We need you to contact these customers to discuss their issues

4 04 CSI How can I be sure which customers will be surveyed by O 2? The O 2 survey can happen at any time to any of your customers therefore it is imperative that you inform your customer that they could be surveyed at any time. How can I be sure which customers will be surveyed by businesscsi.co.uk? The businesscsi.co.uk survey will typically take place after 3 working days of any re-sign, port or new connection going live. However, as with the O 2 survey, it is possible that any of your customers could be surveyed at any time. How will I know if my customer has been surveyed? As soon as a businesscsi.co.uk or an O 2 survey has taken place, the results will be uploaded onto the businesscsi. co.uk portal for you to review. It is with this in mind that we would suggest you log on to the portal every day. Who can I speak to if I have any other questions about CSI or the bonus calculation? You can call Adi Watt on or adrienne.watt@avenir-telecom.co.uk for any questions about the CSI programme, rules and bonus calculations. What changes became effective on 13th February 2013? The new rules that became effective on 13th February 2013 are: Any businesscsi.co.uk scores in a month will always be superseded by any O 2 CSI result. The lowest O 2 CSI score will be your score for the month, e.g., if you receive four businesscsi.co.uk surveys averaging 85% and two O 2 CSI scores in February of 73% & 75%, then your February result will be 73%. Therefore, 73% will form the basis of your bonus calculation in the month of February. Where there are no O 2 CSI surveys or results carried out in a month then the monthly CSI result will be derived from the average businesscsi.co.uk results in the month, e.g., if you receive four businesscsi. co.uk surveys averaging 85% and zero O 2 CSI scores in February, then your February result will be 85%. Therefore, 85% will form the basis of your bonus calculation in the month of February. Important note to remember The monthly score for payment of the CSI bonus will need to be a minimum average of 80%. This result is irrespective of whether the result has come from an O 2 or businesscsi.co.uk survey.

5 05 Insurance Avenir Telecom Insurance Avenir Telecom is pleased to offer its dealers a full handheld gadget insurance product - the Avenir Insurance Plan. 6 06 BlackBerry Solutions What is BlackBerry Enterprise Server? The BlackBerry Enterprise Server offers a complete wireless experience for medium to large size organisations. This is done by extending the existing messaging platform over a secure wireless network whilst at the same time, integrating other enterprise tools over the existing I.T infrastructure. BlackBerry Enterprise Server can be used to mobilise an entire workforce, as well as enabling access to corporate data to mobile users, with the essence of end to end security. Setup on the network branded websites can be as simple as 3 to 5 clicks. Some of the features of BlackBerry Internet Service include: The ability to integrate up to 10 existing accounts (Pop3 Imap4 and Webmail) Wireless reconciliation of integrated accounts; BlackBerry solution will mirror your multiple mailboxes Improved experience with enhanced attachment viewing A variety of messaging capabilities ( , text and also BlackBerry and Yahoo messaging) Simplified web browser experience What is BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express? This BlackBerry solution is designed for customers with a Microsoft Exchange or Small Business server. Your customer will receive many of the benefits of BlackBerry Enterprise 5.0, without having to invest in Client Access Licences. Once your customer has purchased a BlackBerry handheld and have applied a BIS Bolt On to their business voice tariff, they can then take the simple step of downloading the BES Express software for free from the RIM website. 7 07 BlackBerry Solutions What is BlackBerry 10? BlackBerry 10 is the new operating system from BlackBerry. It is currently available on the BlackBerry Z10 and will shortly be available on the Q10. What is BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 (BES 10)? BES 10 is the new web based, mobile management system from BlackBerry. It combines what was previously known as BlackBerry Fusion with additional features for efficient security and device management. It is now available for a free 60 day trial by going here: Do I need BES 10 to run my BlackBerry Z10 or BlackBerry Q10? No, the beauty of this new operating system is that if you only have a few handsets and you don t want or need all of the security that comes with BES 10, you can just use Active Sync via your exchange server to obtain your work s (the same as any other operating system). If you do want the extra security you just need to utilise the web-based mobile management system that BES 10 is, and you can choose the right settings for your business. What are the options on BES 10? BES 10 is made up of three components: BlackBerry Device Service (BDS) manage BlackBerry 10 and Playbook devices Universal Device Service (UDS) manage ios and Android devices BlackBerry Management Studio (BMS) manage all the above plus any existing BlackBerry 7 device using BES or BESX 5.3 on one single management console (Windows Phone OS is not currently supported) BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 (web based) (BDS CAL) BB10 devices (UDS CAL) ios & Android devices (BES 5.3) BB7 devices & BESX This proposition allows your customers to manage employees with multiple devices through a single profile. CALS must be purchased for the specific server type and are not interchangeable. Your customer must order BDS CALs for BlackBerry 10 devices and UDS CALs for ios and/or Android devices. 16 16 O 2 Retention & Churn Information Avenir Telecom Partner Portal We have developed our Partner Portal, the first of its kind in the industry, so that you have just one place to go for all the information you need in addition to detailed retention and churn tools. These tools will allow you to manage your customer s life cycle to ensure you are targeting all your customers to be re-signed on the O2 network. These tools can be located on our Partner Portal, accessed via the website - Please see some FAQs below, which will give you an overview of both these tools: Retention Tool 1. What will the Retention Tool provide me with? You will be able to view all customer end date information and the entire base that is available to re-sign today. 2. How often is the data updated? The portal is live and synchronised daily with our Client Services system. 3. Will it show me my current customers and also potential sales leads? It will provide you with a full breakdown of your entire customer base by contract end date. 4. Will I be able to view my new connections, re-signs and upgrades via the portal? You will have full visibility of your entire base, which includes new connections, re-signs and upgrades. 5. How can I find out further information? You can get in contact with Nahel Khona, Senior Retention Executive, nahel.khona@avenir-telecom.co.uk,who will be able to assist you. Alternatively you will find a full User Guide on the Portal that will give you step by step instructions on how to navigate. Churn Summary 1. What will the Churn Summary provide me with? It will allow you to view a monthly and quarterly analysis of your O2 churn performance, and also provides detail of any O2 disconnections. 2. How can I verify the disconnections data? The tool will provide you with a click-through report that will give visibility of the customers who have disconnected. 3. How will my churn be measured? There is a breakdown analysis on the Partner Portal for both your monthly and quarterly performance. 4. How can I find out further information? You can call your BDM/TAM or get in contact with Nahel Khona nahel.khona@avenir-telecom.co.uk who will be able to assist you. In addition to 4G smartphone tariffs, business customers are able to take tariffs for tablets and mobile broadband from launch and also Pop Up Office, the 4G Mobile WiFi offering. 4G has launched in the following cities: Birmingham Bradford Coventry Glasgow Huddersfield Leicester Leeds Liverpool London Manchester Nottingham Sheffield Wetherby Data Promotion By the end of the year O 2 4G will be available in the following cities: Edinburgh Newcastle For a limited period, O 2 are offering additional promotional data on some of the 4G tariffs. Customers who connect to an eligible tariff by 28th February 2014 will get this promotional data for the duration of their contract. Pop Up Office Pop Up Office allows you to create your own mobile office in minutes. You can connect up to ten other devices to the internet, and access all your usual business applications. Because the hotspot is 4G-ready, the devices can use our 4G network whether they re 4G-compatible or not.
