2 SMART SHOT MAIN WEB SITE The Smart Shot Main Web site is used for viewing the locations, user profile, status and historical reports of the Smart Shots and the devices that you are controlling or monitoring. LOGIN SCREEN User Names and Passwords are issued from Hot Shot Systems Inc. When a Smart Shot is installed, the user or installer will need to contact Hot Shot Systems Service department at to be issued a user name and password. If you have been issued a user name and password from a previous installation, you will still need to contact Hot Shot Systems to have the new Smart Shot provisioned and added to your account. HOME TAB LOCATIONS - This tab will display the account s locations. SMART SHOTS - This tab will display all of the Smart Shots that are associated with the account. DEVICES - This tab will display all of your devices for the account. LOCATIONS SCREEN Clicking the button will display the locations on the map to the left of the screen. Clicking the button will display all devices that are assigned to this account. This screen allows the user to view the status and the time of the last status report. Clicking the current location. button will display the details of the 2
3 SMART SHOTS SCREEN Clicking the button will expand the display showing the basic details of the Smart Shot. Clicking the button will display the Smart Shot s location on the map to the left of the screen. Clicking the current location. button will display the details of the DEVICES SCREEN Clicking the button will expand the device display line showing more details of the Smart Shot located at that device. STATUS LIGHTS RMAL Device is operating correctly. CRITICAL Device has stopped and/or activated the ALERT. This is when the ALERT text and messages will be sent out. The ALERT is sent out instantly when the Smart Shot goes CRITICAL. UNREPORTED MESSAGE: The Smart Shot checks in periodically throughout the day to update status time. If the Smart Shot does not check in within a certain amount of time, Hot Shot Systems will send out a text and alert to the authorized users. This message will state that the Smart Shot has gone UNREPORTED. This means there is no power, no signal or the Smart Shot is not operating correctly. The Smart Shot and the device it is monitoring should be checked immediately. 3
4 SMART SHOT MOBILE WEB SITE The Smart Shot Mobile Web Site is used for controlling and viewing the status of the Smart Shots and the devices you are controlling or monitoring. SMART SHOT MOBILE LOGIN SCREEN User Names and Passwords are issued from Hot Shot Systems Inc. When a Smart Shot is installed, the user or installer will need to contact Hot Shot Systems Service department at to be issued a user name and password. If you have been issued a user name and password from a previous installation, you will still need to contact Hot Shot Systems to have the new Smart Shot provisioned and added to your account. HOME SCREEN The Home Screen is the first screen you will see when you log into the mobile site. This screen shows the STATUS, NAME and LOCATION of all the Smart Shots and devices assigned to your account. A Status Light means the device is operating normally. A Status Light means the device has stopped and/or activated the ALERT. This is when the ALERT text and messages will be sent out. The ALERT is sent out instantly when the Smart Shot goes CRITICAL. DEVICE SCREEN IRRIGATION Clicking on the Name of the device will open up the Device Screen. This screen will show the Status of the device and the Date line showing the last time that the Smart Shot checked in. This screen will also display any control buttons if your device has been setup to use the output relays. These buttons can be customized by calling Hot Shot Systems Tech support. Pressing the Go to map button will open a new screen showing the devices location on a map. Pressing the Back to List button will take you back to the Home Screen. 4
5 DEVICE SCREEN FLUID Smart Shot configured with 1 input sensor & 2 control outputs. Input Sensor #1 (Power) status. With closed sensor. Output Relay #2 status information. Output Relay #3 status information. Pump 1 and Pump 2 with Power Status Output Relay lines with manual control buttons. - de-energizes relay. - energizes relay. - energizes the relay for 8 seconds and then de-energizes it. Smart Shot configured with 3 control outputs. Output Relay #1 status information. Output Relay #2 status information. Pump 1, Pump 2 and Pump 3 Output Relay #3 status information. Output Relay lines with manual control buttons. - de-energizes relay. - energizes relay. - energizes the relay for 8 seconds and then de-energizes it. 5
