4 1 Introduction The Tunstall mymobile connected health app is an advanced platform extension of our myclinic connected health suite. The mymobile app, available on Apple ios and Android platforms, is designed to give both the patient and clinician a consistent mobile interface that can be used anywhere, any time. Fully supported by Tunstall s flagship Integrated Care Platform (ICP), the application enables you to complete your health interviews, view your monitoring plan, and review your vital sign and activity trends. You can be reassured that if your vital sign readings or health interview results are outside the clinically established limits, your care team will be informed. mymobile also supports the integration of Fitbit activity monitors to enable patients, carers and care teams to identify changes that may indicate early signs of a declining health condition. 2 How connected health works 1

5 3 Setting up the mymobile app Create your mymobile login details Once your clinician has registered your details, you will receive an to create a username and password for mymobile. Click on the link and follow the prompts to create your login details. Download and activate mymobile on your phone Download the mymobile app to your mobile phone from the Tunstall app store: Pair Bluetooth peripheral devices with mymobile app Bluetooth peripheral devices must be paired before they can be used with the mymobile app. Once your clinician assigns peripheral devices to you, pairing instructions will be displayed on the mymobile app. Press Open Settings which will take you to the Bluetooth device pairing page and follow the onscreen prompts. After you have paired your devices, you can press Start Test to ensure each device paired successfully with the mymobile app. Before pairing After pairing 2

6 4 Key mymobile buttons and their functions Home screen Your home screen is customised to display your personal monitoring schedule and interview details. My Plan This will display your health interviews schedule, including unscheduled interviews which can be started at any time. Clicking on the unscheduled interview the patient can start the interview. If any interviews are scheduled to start, they will be indicated by a red start button. My Latest Readings This will display the most recent readings and reading s history To view the graph click to expand. Graphs can be filtered by year, month, week or all. Hover the mouse over a reading to see date it was performed and readings value. Information The information screen allows you to: manually sync data from the mymobile app to your server view and pair Bluetooth peripheral devices Sign Out Sign out of your mymobile account. 3

7 5 Other features Work offline If the internet is not available or you cannot sign in for other reasons, you can work offline (as long one successful login has been completed). Only the following features are available offline: complete interviews (these will be saved locally and submitted upon the next successful sign-in) view your schedule Entering readings You can use your Bluetooth devices to automatically transmit your vital sign readings to mymobile, or alternatively you can enter your readings manually. Bluetooth devices can be paired in icp under devices. If a section is left blank, mymobile will confirm if the patient wants to leave some readings blank. 6 The interview process To complete your health interviews: 1. From the Home Page, click on My Plan and select an interview. 2. Follow the on-screen instructions, taking your vital sign measurements with the corresponding devices when prompted and answering the health interview questions by selecting the appropriate responses. 3. Once the interview is complete, your vital sign readings and responses are automatically transmitted to Tunstall s ICP Triage Manager patient management software, for review and processing by your clinician. 4
