16 No New Tax Increase General Mobility Program Continues + + No increase in sales or property tax to fund the plan + + No new fees + + The METRONext Moving Forward Plan is financially sound METRO will continue to rebate 25 percent of its one-cent sales tax revenue back to the City of Houston, Harris County, and the multi-cities for mobility-related projects.
