20 Public Information Plan (PIP) Public Information Plan (PIP) To maintain the public trust and support the interest of the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). Goals of the PIP Support the successful delivery of the project by representing the project in a positive light to the public. Provide information to individuals and entities directly affected by construction in a proactive, responsive and complete manner. Reinforce positive ODOT relationships with associated agencies, individuals, the community and business groups. Communicate to the public the importance of the project to the mobility and economic vitality of the local community, region and state. 20

24 Diversity, Inclusion & Outreach Plan (DIOP) Introduction Wyatt Brownlee, Brownstone Grey, LLC Wyatt will lead as the Diversity, Inclusion & Outreach Consultant (DIOC) and manage the project specific Diversity, Inclusion and Outreach plan. He will also be required to report to ODOT any actions on the project which could be perceived as limiting opportunity the DIOP and make recommendations for potential resolutions. 29 Crisis Management Plan Crisis Management Plan Provide project leaders with a fundamental understanding for how to respond over and above normal safety planning and engage local first responders to facilitate future communication. Brad Mast, Kokosing Construction Manger, will be responsible for effectively coordinating a crisis. This is includes the delegation of his immediate supervisory responsibilities to focus on any incident that could lead to a crisis. Brad will report possible crisis to the Kokosing Project Manager and to ODOT. 29
30 Crisis Management Plan Crisis Prevention First line of defense is the enforcement and employee empowerment through a corporate safety program The second line of defense is training for Crisis Management Possible Crisis Severe medical emergency requiring ambulatory services up to & including a fatality Damaged property or equipment including utility strikes and fires Construction related auto damage and serious interruptions to traffic Major chemical, fuel or oil leak Incidents due to severe & inclement weather 30
