10 Road Map for Hinjewadi Facility as 4 Star Rated Building Reference to BEE Benchmark Pune is defined under Warm & Humid Climate zone as per BEE- Energy Conservation Building Code. Although Hinjewadi Facility is 16 year old with minimal automation but it presently matches to BEE standards of Two-Star rated building with more than 80% of the space is air-conditioned. Objective To achieve Specific Energy Consumption equivalent to 3 Star Rated Building till year 2017 Achieve SEC equivalent to 4 Star rated Building by Year 2019 Road map to 4 Star Rated Building To achieve set objective in coming years, we have planned various Energy Conservation projects like retrofit of Air cooled chillers to Water cooled chillers at H2 facility, Solar roof top, retrofit of Elevators and Lighting in year 2017 to year 2019 which is elaborated in future plans. 8
