70 Hybrid configuration introduces much higher level of perpetual complexity to our infrastructure. We have only setup the hybrid environment at this point. We will be moving mailboxes in the near future. The administration of a hybrid Exchange environment is a little bit problematic. Hybrid migration was a nightmare. Took months to get to the point of migrating mailboxes. Proxy servers settings required in 20 different locations and each with a different configuration method.

Sara is not pleased that her business cannot onboard to O365 quickly!
