3 1. The Home Screen Website Instructions Your Company Name & Website Link Here Page 2

4 2. Logging In Website Instructions Enter username/password and click Log in. After you log in, two additional menu options will appear. Page 3

5 3. Change your password or Click on 'Your Details' Website Instructions 2. Change your information and click 'Save' Page 4

6 4. Articles/Discussion Board 4.1. Viewing Articles Website Instructions 1. Click on CA$H Discussion Board 2. Open the category you'd like to view (i.e. Business News, Personal, etc.) Page 5

8 4.2. Posting a New Article Website Instructions 1. Click on the category where the new article will be located (i.e. Business News, Personal, etc.) 2. Click on New Thread to post a new topic Page 7

12 Website Instructions 1. Enter the website address here (must start with ) 2. Select the target for the website when it opens (most of the time you will pick New Window ) 3. Enter the text that you want to display for the link. 4. Click Insert when finished. Page 11

13 5.3 Preview/Test your Website Instructions 1. Click here preview/test your before sending. 2. Click Send when you are satisfied with your . Page 12

14 Website Instructions 6. Member List Print 1. Log on to the website with your username/password. 2. Click on Member List The following screen will display Page 13

15 Website Instructions 3. Using your mouse, highlight all of the names in the list as shown below. 4. After you highlight all the names, point to one of the highlighted names, right click and select copy. Page 14

16 Website Instructions 6.1. Microsoft Word Open Microsoft Word, Right Click on any line and select Paste. The result will be a table. Page 15

17 6.2. Microsoft Excel Website Instructions Open up Microsoft Excel, Right Click on any line and select Paste. Once the information has been pasted, you can manipulate the data as needed (resize columns/rows, sort the information differently, etc). Page 16

18 7. Adding/Editing a Testimonial Website Instructions 1. Click About CA$H, then Testimonials 2. The current list of testimonials will display. 3. Click the small icon in the upper left corner. Page 17

19 Website Instructions 4. An editor similar to Microsoft Word will display. 4. Make sure your click Save when finished 3. Use these tools to enhance your testimonial. Change fonts, colors, add images, etc. 1. Scroll to the bottom 2. Press Enter a few times and start typing. Page 18

20 8. Excused Absence Form Website Instructions 1. Log on to the website with your username/password. 2. Click on 'Current Members' from the menu bar and select 'Excused Absence Form'. 3. Fill in the appropriate information and click 'Submit'. Page 19
