This law appears in Section of the South Carolina Code of Laws. A summary of the new preferences is available at ALL THE PREFERENCES MUST BE CLAIMED AND ARE APPLIED BY LINE ITEM, REGARDLESS OF WHETHER AWARD IS MADE BY ITEM OR LOT. It has been replaced by RED STATION RED MINI-MAG - USB # They both offer a similar function (offloading RED Mini-Mags) however, the USB 3.1 offers a superior connection and offload speed. To ensure that we are compliant with the Substitutions clause on page 20 of 35, is it acceptable to bid this item in the place of Item #24?
