2 RFQ ITS Server and Workstation Hardware and Software Questions and Clarifications May 21, Question: I just want to confirm that you are just looking for pricing on the items listed and then delivery of the equipment. No other installation of software or hardware is required. Response: The only installation is that shown under the Specifications, Section 2.2C and the Price Schedule, Lot 3, line item 8 of which is to be provided by HP. 2. Question: Lot 2 Part Number G Does not appear to be a current part number by HP (can you provide server specs for alternative part number) Response: The 32 Gig Kit is no longer available, change product to a quantity of 24 - HP 8GB (1x8GB) Dual Rank x4 PC R (DDR3-1600) Registered CAS-11 Memory Kit Part# B21 as shown in revisions to Amendment 1 Specifications, Section 2.2B and Amendment 1 Price Schedule, Lot 2, Line Item Question: In Lot 7, part #: VA2231WM-LED is discontinued; the replacement per ViewSonic is part #: VA2212M- LED. Is it ok to quote that? Response: Yes, see revisions to Amendment 1 Specifications, Section 2.2G and Amendment 1 Price Schedule, Lot 7, Line Item Question: In Lot 8, some of my part numbers won t match since it is software sometimes it can vary based off what contract the use for you all. It will be the same product though. Response: That will be acceptable if documentation demonstrating that the part number is in fact the same OEM product is provided. 5. Question: Lot 8 Part Number P Windows Server 2012 Enterprise is not a valid licensing model per Microsoft Response: The product has been updated to reflect Windows Server 2012 Standard as revised in Amendment 1 Specifications, Section 2.2H and Amendment 1 Price Schedule, Lot 8, Line Item Question: Lot 8 XenApp Enterprise Edition Part numbers do not yield any results with vendors Can you please clarify if these are for desktop or server applications Response: The product is for server applications. The part number verified through the online catalogs of CDW, PC Mall and Insight. 7. Warranties: Any and all standard manufacturer s warranties must be stated and shall accrue to the benefit of the District. Any extended warranties, other than those listed above, may be offered as optional items B. Maintenance and Support: Any associated maintenance and support shall be outlined within the Offeror s proposal for no less than specified within the Statement of Work and with any rate escalation disclosed. C. Delivery: Product must be delivered to the District on or before June 21, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. Delivery/Freight charges must be indicated on the price schedule and shall be FOB Destination. Delivery location is: 1110 George Jenkins Blvd, Lakeland, FL D. Installation of SAN Storage: The HP P4500 G TB Enterprise SAS SAN, as defined under Section 2.2(C) above, shall be installated at a fixed fee, during standard operating hours, and at the District s 1260 Golfview Ave., Bartow, FL location. 2.4 Price Schedule A. Pricing offered shall be submitted on the Price Schedule provided by the District as Attachment 3 to the solicitation which should resemble the image shown below. B. To be considers for award, the offeror must provide the pricing for all items on the Price Schedule. Failure of an offeror to provide pricing in the format provided on the schedule may render the offer unacceptable. C. Offerors may provide pricing for the Option Items.
