1 Welcome to Redelivery Online! To start, you will need the USPS Tracking number on either version of PS Form We ReDeliver for You! that was left for you. Landing Page You can Scanning the Redelivery form s QR Code with an Internet-enabled smartphone is the quickest and most convenient way to select your Redelivery options. Directions for this method is available at PS Form 3849 Redelivery Notice. You can set up a Redelivery one of two ways online: Access Redelivery online Use USPS Tracking If you are experiencing any other difficulty in using the Redelivery Service: Please send your request for help to the following uspstechnicalsupport@mailps.custhelp.com. Include your name, address, and phone number in case our technical support personnel need to ask additional questions Select a link to go to the following: Eligibility for Redelivery Scheduling a Redelivery via the Redelivery Tool Online 3 Changing / Canceling a Redelivery Order via the Redelivery Tool Online.. 9 Scheduling a Redelivery via USPS Tracking

2 Eligibility for Redelivery In order to use the Redelivery service, your mail or package item must first meet the following requirement: Requirement You must have received a PS Form 3849, We ReDeliver for You! notice. There are peach, yellow, and blue-colored versions. Further Information The PS Form 3849 will have an article / tracking number printed on it. You ll need that number to schedule a redelivery online. 3 Scheduling a Redelivery via the Redelivery Tool Online The following are step-by-step instructions on how to place a Redelivery order. Locate the article / tracking number on PS Form 3849 before going online. Click on the Schedule a Redelivery link from the Track & Manage tab. 3

4 Fill out all of your contact information Click Check Availability to verify that redelivery is available at the specified address. 4

5 If Redelivery is available for your address, the system will confirm with an Available! message. If Redelivery is not an option online at your address, you will see this message: You can still set up a Redelivery by filling out the PS Form 3849, or by telephone. 5

6 After confirming that you can schedule Redelivery online, continue to the next section and provide the article / tracking number from PS Form 3849, as well as the type of mail. Click Submit. 6

7 Tell us if you have received your final notice or if you see a Return to Sender date. Then use the calendar icon to enter the last attempted delivery date. Now, you can determine when you want to receive your mail item as well as any additional instructions for your carrier on where the item can be left. Select Carrier Redelivers to have the carrier redeliver the item and use the calendar icon to indicate the date you want your item redelivered when you know you or an authorized agent will be at your address. If no one will be home, don t forget to sign PS Form Select Carrier Returns to Sender to have the item returned to the sender. Select Customer Picks Up if you or an authorized agent will pick up the item from your Post Office. 7

8 A confirmation page will be displayed with a confirmation number to verify your request has been accepted. The confirmation number will also be ed to verify your request. If you don t have access to your , please be sure to print out the confirmation page or copy down your confirmation number for future reference. You will need your confirmation number to change or cancel your request. Back to Top 8

9 Changing / Cancelling a Redelivery Order via the Redelivery Tool Online The following are step-by-step instructions on how to change or cancel a Redelivery order. Locate the confirmation number generated when you placed your order online. The confirmation number was also ed to you. Navigate to Click on the Schedule a Redelivery link from the Track & Manage tab. 9

10 Click the Edit an existing redelivery request link to access your redelivery order. 10

11 Insert your redelivery order confirmation number, followed by EITHER your or phone number. Click Search. 11

12 You can now see your Redelivery order and make any changes by following the screen prompts again. Back to Top 12

13 Scheduling a Redelivery via USPS Tracking The following are step-by-step instructions on how to place a Redelivery order via the USPS Tracking page on USPS.com. Locate the tracking number on the PS Form 3849 before going online. Navigate to Type your tracking number into either one of the fields marked with the RED ARROW below. 13

14 Typing the PS Form 3849 tracking number will bring up the Product & Tracking Information page. Click the [A] Redelivery text or arrow to expand the fillable fields and begin the process. 14

15 Fill in the online form, as requested. Refer to the image below to better understand each field. If you make a mistake, the system will prompt you before you can submit the Redelivery order. After submitting your Redelivery order successfully via USPS Tracking, a confirmation page will be displayed with a confirmation number to verify your request has been accepted. The confirmation number will also be ed to verify your request. 15

16 If you don t have access to your , please be sure to print out the confirmation page or copy down your confirmation number for future reference. You will need your confirmation number to change or cancel your request. If you need to edit the Redelivery from this page, click on the [A] Edit Redelivery text link as seen below.
