3 Welcome to SmartPin Help The objectives of SmartPin Help is to assist you in navigating the system with ease and to guide you on how to make full use of the functions that are available on sc reens. p3

5 Register & Activate SmartPin This function enables you to register yourself as a SmartPin User by getting the ac tivation PIN upon a successful completion of the registration process. Pre-Requisite: * Latest phone bill from TM to start your registration. * Company Registration Number * Your fixed-line phone/cpe is in working c ondition. St ep N o. 1. Start your registration with SmartPin What To Do: SmartPin system will display the HOME page as a default page. If you are not at the HOME page now, click HOME menu to go to the page to start your registration process. 2. Click User Activation to register to SmartPin system 3. Enter valid data in Registration Form Below is sample data-entry fields: p5

6 Field name with * means that this is a mandatory/required field. Click Activate button to proceed. The system will authenticate the data entered in the User Activation form to ensure they are valid before displaying the next page. If an error is detected, the system will display an error message accordingly. Please try again to ensure the data entered are correct or no required field has been left blank. 4. Complete the activation process Upon clicking Activate button in Step 3 - CONGRATULATIONS! page will be displayed. This page acknowledges you have successfully activated with SmartPin. Your User Name and Password would be your key to ac cess to SmartPin service online after you have successfully activated your PIN. 5. Start to access SmartPin Once you have successfully completed the service activation of SmartPin, you are now able to use your User Name and Password to access SmartPin portal system. p6

7 Check Activation Status This feature will help user to check activation status of your registered phone num ber. St ep N o. How to check your activation status? 1. From the TM Smartpin Main page, click Check your Activation Status. 2. Enter your registered phone number and click Check to get the activation status of your phone. Click Reset button if you want to reset all information inserted. 3. You will see the result as screen shot below if your service number is active. p7

8 Forgot Password SmartPin also provides feature for user to retrieve bac k their password. St ep N o. Forgot Password? 1. From the TM Smartpin Main page, click Forgot Password. 2. Select the secret question related to your account profile and provide the answer to the secret question selected. Enter your login ID and click Validate button. p8

9 SmartPin Login Help Using your log-in ID and password Your Log-in ID and Password are created during the registration process. See Service Activation. SoftPin requires valid Log-in ID and Password in order for you to access SoftPin System. For security reason, please handle your Log-in ID and password with care. Please change your password frequently. See Change Password p9

10 User Management - My Profile Profile is your personal details page that enables you to edit/update your detail. This Menu is to update user account personal profile. This Menu will display after user susscessful Login to the System. Step No. How to change your profile? 1. Click My Profile menu on the main page after login to the system. 2. Create or update your profile by entering valid data in the fields below: Field Name Description Username Nickname Address Current Password New Password Re-type New Password Secret Question Answer to Secret Question Your username Your nickname Your address. Your existing password Your new password Retype your new password to confirm the change Your secret question to retrieve password from system Your answer to the secret question 3. Click Update to save your change. 4. Optional Reset button enables you to clear the data you have entered. p10

12 Partner Corporate Agent is a appointed TM agent to market SmartPin product to company and web access given for all company under their sales account. Below are types of menus available in Partner Accounts:- Service Number Reporting p12

13 Service Number Service Number is a page that will show bill summary of all Service Number under the agent. From Partner Mainpage, Click on Service Number Menu. Then screen shot below will displayed. User are able to filter Service Number by using Filter feature. Set the filter from combo box and select the month where the data will be extrac ted. Click on Go button will display the bill summary of all service number under the agent based on selected month. Smartpin also provides options for user to print selec ted bill summary of Service Number under the agent by clicking Print button p13

15 List of companies List of Companies is a page that will show all listed com pany under the agent. From Partner Mainpage, Click on Reporting and drop down menu will listed. Click on List of Companies. SmartPin provide options for user to print selected listed company by clicking Print button at the bottom of right pane of the page. p15

16 Usage This menu is for user to view usage report of all companies under the agent. Step No. How to view Usage summary report? 1. From Partner Mainpage, Click on Reporting and drop down menu will listed. Click on Usage. 2. Then Select the appropriate month from Combo box that you want to view 3. Click Go button will generate the usage summary list of selected month. 4. SmartPin provide options for user to print selec ted usage summary list by clicking Print button at the bottom of right pane of the page. p16
