2 Important Dates Submission of Streaming Choices via ASKnLearn Date/Time Start Date/Time 29 May 2017, Monday at 0000 End Date/Time 31 May 2017, Wednesday at 2359

3 e-streaming Process Overview You will access and begin the e-streaming via the ASKnLearn Learning Management System (LMS) Home page and look for Streaming Class under Tasks. Before you begin your streaming, please check that your Name, Class & BC number is correct before you click on Begin Selection. Only applicable for the actual e-streaming in Oct 2017: Once you have completed your selection, you are suppose to print 2 copies of your selected choices and to be sign by your parents.

4 Website Logging into AsknLearn LMS User ID: Password: Your NRIC (Example - X A*) *Case sensitive Your Password *Case sensitive If you have difficulty logging in, do contact your school s LMS administrator or Teacher-in-charge to reset your password. Else you may contact our helpdesk for assistance

5 Begin your e-streaming Upon successful login, you will see under Tasks an e-steaming task *Take note of the Expiry date of the task

6 Begin your selection Check and verify your Name, Class & NRIC before you Begin Selection. Once you have verified your particulars select Begin Selection. Check and verify your Marks.

7 Begin your selection You will see a list of Subject Combinations eligible to you based on your results. Begin selecting your choices. *You are required to choose your top 3 choices. In the event there are less than 3 Eligible Subject Combinations available, you are required to choose your choices accordingly. These are the Subjects you will be taking for this class

8 Begin your selection Once you have made your selection, click on Next *Input of Remarks is optional Summary Page: If you want to make changes Click on Cancel and Back to Selection, then Click on Confirm after you have confirmed all choices

9 Summary Once you have confirmed your selection, you will see the Summary Screen. Only applicable for the actual e- Streaming in Oct 2017: Students must print out the 2 copies of summary page and have the printout signed by the parent and the student themselves.

10 Summary Once you have confirmed your selection, you will also receive an confirmation. *The can only be sent to students who have registered their address in LMS

11 Appeal Process Overview You will access and begin the appeal via their LMS Home page and look for e-streaming Appeal Form under Tasks. You will be given all the combinations and would be given an option to appeal for one of the combination. (Do note that the appealed choice that you have chosen will be assessed and will be subjected to approval.) You are to input your career aspiration and also the reason for your appeal. Once you have completed your selection, you are suppose to print the page of your appeal choice and to be sign by your parents.

12 Begin your Appeal To begin your appeal, search for e-streaming Appeal Form under Task. *Take note of the Expiry date of the task

13 Begin your Appeal To begin your appeal, select Take Survey. You can refer to the list of combinations by selecting the link.

14 Begin your Appeal You will see the full list of Subject Codes for the combination to choose from. After you have make your choice, you are to fill up your Career Aspiration and also the Reason(s) for the appeal. Once done, click on Submit on the bottom of the page. *You are to make your choice carefully for the appeal as you will only be allowed to do it once.

15 Summary Once you have submitted your input, you will see the Summary Screen. Only applicable for the actual e-streaming in Oct 2017: Students must Print out 2 copies of Summary page and have the printout signed by the parent and the student themselves.
