2 *Enter The User Id and Password of the Training Partner

3 Press This Button For Starting The Center Audit In case the internet is down halfway through the audit, the audit information is stored in the local database and Sync button is used to send the data again to the Cloud Server.

4 Enter the Name and Mobile No. of the Person who is doing the Audit. Please enter the SDMS Centre ID provided by the Training Partner(SDMS ID is generated after registering in Talisma ) Centre Name is mandatory and this should be in a standard naming convention: TPName_Location/Dis trict_state Ex: IL&FS_Anantapur_AP Centre Contact No and Id are mandatory and should be correctly entered, as they will form the basis for future communications.

5 The Job Role Names should be entered correctly, Multiple Job roles can be entered here with a comma in between. Trainee Associate The presently available job roles under RASCI as below: Store Ops Assistant, Cashier, Trai nee Associate, Sales Associate, Distributor Salesman, Team Leader, Departmental Manager Valid ID Sample Invalid/ Blur ID Sample Capture Centre Manager s Valid ID proof Avoid Blur Pictures

6 Own Centre: Centre belongs to Training Partner itself. Franchisee Centre: Those centres, where Training providers operates in mutual agreement with Second party. Number of classroom for Retail training at centre. Nearby Retail stores tie-up for On the Job Training

7 *Centre front view should reflect the environment of the centre where its located Centre Inside view should reflect the inside space of Centre- wide angle view Own doc- Rent deed or Registration certificate Franchisee doc- Franchisee Mou or Franchisee Tie-up between Training partner and Training Centre. Valid Electricity/Telephone bill which should reflect Training centre address and it should not be older than 3 months. For Valid/Invalid Photographs please refer below mentioned specimen,

Auditor can capture multiple labs information as required by clicking on "Audit Another Lab", this is required if the center is offering multiple job roles and each job role has its own set of Lab equipment. 14 *All Fields have to be filled in If Trainer is RASCI Train the Trainer certified, then o0nly mark Yes

15 *Trainer Photos and Document Photos are compulsory, Please ensure your camera is focused correctly before clicking the picture, In case the picture is blurred - you can discard and capture photo again. Valid Salary slips along with engagement letter of the trainer to be captured. Auditor can capture multiple Trainers information as required by clicking on "Add Another Trainer", It is usually preferred to capture at least one trainer per job role.

16 Click on Geo Tagging Button to capture the Geo Coordinates of the Centre, this is mandatory field. This is for the Auditor to state any specific information about the centre and other feedback, if everything is ok, then it can be left blank. Please Tick on the Checkbox to accept responsibility for the Audit information gathered. The click on the " Submit Audit Report"
