Contents Part A: Connect to CUHK Webmail through Outlook Part B: Connect through Outlook Part C: Copying Old s from CUHK Webmail 8 Reference from Microsoft Prerequisite You are advised to use Outlook 2016 (other versions acceptable but with slight differences) to complete the procedures below. If you don t have Outlook, you may install it through Office 365 ProPlus. Part A: Connect to CUHK Webmail through Outlook 2016 Note: You may skip this part and go to part B directly if you have been connecting to CUHK Webmail through Outlook. 1. Open Outlook and click File from the top menu bar. Page 1 of 10

Part C: Copying Old Emails from CUHK Webmail to @Link When you have connected to CUHK Webmail and @Link through Outlook, you can start copying emails from CUHK Webmail to your new mailbox. 1.

8 Part C: Copying Old s from CUHK Webmail When you have connected to CUHK Webmail through Outlook, you can start copying s from CUHK Webmail to your new mailbox. 1. For your convenience, you may create a new folder, e.g mailserv under alias@link.cuhk.edu.hk, to store s to be extracted from CUHK Webmail. alias@link.cuhk.edu.hk, right click Inbox and choose New Folder.
