If your collectio's visibility is set to Your School, District or Public, you ca still share it privately with collaborators. Oly the people you ask to collaborate ca add items to it. To sed a share ivitatio: 1. From the Collectios homepage, uder the Private tab, select the 2. O the collectio image, click. 3. Select the People tab. 6. Whe you sed a ivitatio, a status appears below the collaborator's ame. It says pedig, ivited, accepted or declied. Click to chage the share level, resed or delete the ivite. You ca chage the share level for each idividual collaborator. Retur to the Share Collectio page to see who accepted or declied your ivitatio. To accept or declie a share ivitatio: 1. I the you received, click the lik. 4. Use the drop-dow to choose your share level: Ca VIEW: Collaborators ca oly view your collectio. Ca EDIT: Collaborators ca view ad edit your collectio. 2. If you are ot logged i to Destiy Discover, fill i your iformatio, ad the click GO! 5. Next to the drop-dow, type the address of the perso you wat to share your collectio with, ad the click Ivite. If a collaborator has edit permissios, the ico appears. View ad Share Featured Collectios Whe you accept a ivitatio to collaborate, the collectio appears uder your Private tab. If you declie a ivitatio by accidet, you ca go back to the lik ad accept it. As a collaborator, you ca oly edit the collectio or its items. You do ot have share or visibility permissios. To view the collaborator(s) of a collectio: 1. From the Collectios homepage, select ay collectio with i the collectio's header. 2. Uder the collectio image, ext to the ower's ame, click. The ame of the collaborator(s) appears. 3. Click a collaborator's ame to view the People tab o the Share Collectio page. A collaborator's ame is oly clickable if you are the ower of the collectio. Featured Collectios are free, Follett-sposored collectios. Created by Follett educators, they ceter aroud Lightbox titles ad are available to the public. These collectios provide istructioal tools to teachers ad studets who use Lightbox. Each Featured Collectio cotais resources related to the Lightbox title of the same ame. For example, the Lightbox collectio "Earth: The Blue Plaet" correspods with the Lightbox title "Lightbox-Solar- System-Earth: The Blue Plaet". Featured Collectios are available to all users, but site admiistrators ca disable access for ay Collectios role. Whe eabled, Featured Collectios show up i both Collectios ad Destiy Discover search results. You must be logged i to Destiy to see Featured Collectios. To access Featured Collectios: 1. From the Collectios homepage, click the Featured tab. 2. O the "Featured Collectios from Educators" ribbo, select the collectio you wat to view, or click See all. To share a Featured Collectio: 1. From the Collectios homepage, uder the Featured tab, select the 2017 Follett School Solutios, Ic. 4
