1 AWAY TICKET FORWARDING GUIDE

2 From the 2017/18 season we will implement a Ticket Forwarding service for our Domestic away matches. This process will allow supporters successful for a ticket to forward their ticket to another eligible Season Ticket holder, if they are unable to attend. 2. You can view any of your tickets that are available for forwarding under the My Tickets section. Click the View Tickets button next to the game you wish to forward your ticket for, and select Manage Tickets. This process will only be available for Adult Season Ticket holders on two occasions per season, and tickets can only be forwarded to Season Ticket holders eligible to apply for Domestic away games, who do not already have a ticket for the game. For those supporters in the Loyalty Pot, forwarding a ticket will class as a missed application. Concessionary tickets must be used by the registered holder or cancelled in advance of the game by calling In order to use this service, each supporter will need an online account on manutd.com (if you don t already have an online account, visit to enter your details), and the Membership number and surname of the supporter receiving the forwarded ticket. The below step-by-step instructions have been put together to help guide supporters through the process, both from the ticket forwarder and the ticket receiver s point of view. FORWARDING YOUR AWAY MATCH TICKET 1. Log into your online account at manutd.com/tickets by selecting the Log In button in the top right-hand corner of the screen. Enter your and password and confirm your surname to access your online account.

3 3. Click Proceed to display your tickets. 5. You will then see the following options where you can choose who you want to forward your ticket to. 4. Click the Status tick box as indicated below and click Forward. Choose someone who is already in your online network by either selecting a recipient from the list, or searching for them in the search bar provided Select someone who is not added to your online network (note that they must be a Season Ticket holder eligible to apply for Domestic away games) by clicking the arrow circled and entering the supporter s Membership number or address

4 6. Once you have chosen the supporter you wish to forward your ticket to, their name and Membership number will be displayed as per the screen below. 7. You will then be taken to the Review page where you can check the details before confirming the forwarding of the ticket. Note, we strongly recommend setting the deadline as early as possible (within 24 hours) to avoid any issues close to the game Tick the box to agree the T&Cs Name & Membership number of supporter receiving the ticket Click Complete Purchase to confirm the ticket forwarding Select to continue

5 8. A confirmation page will be displayed and a confirmation will be sent to you. Please note that if you are unable to attend a Domestic away fixture after having been successful with your application, you can only forward your ticket to another eligible adult Season Ticket holder (who doesn t already have a ticket for the same game). The match ticket for the game will be posted out to you as the original ticket holder, it is then your responsibility to pass over the ticket to the supporter you have forwarded your ticket to. If you have been selected to collect your away match ticket, the ticket receiver must bring confirmation of the ticket forwarding, along with photographic identification and the collection request letter to the ticket collection point on the day of the game. RECEIVING A FORWARDED TICKET When receiving an away ticket from another supporter, you will first receive an notification. This includes: details of the supporter forwarding the ticket your name and Membership number fixture information the message they included during the forwarding process (if applicable) the deadline to accept the ticket a link to follow to accept the ticket 1. Follow the instructions provided in the and log in to your account at manutd.com/tickets. Once you have logged in and confirmed your surname, you will see a notification that you have been forwarded a ticket. Click Action now to continue. 2. Then click Show/Hide My Tickets

6 3. Click the Status tick box (circled below) and either accept or decline. 5. The page below will be displayed, click Proceed to Checkout to continue. If you choose to decline the offer an will be sent to the ticket forwarder to advise them that you do not want the ticket, and the process is then complete. If you choose Accept The Ticket it will be added to your basket and the process will continue as follows. 4. You then need to click the BASKET icon in the top right-hand corner of the page.

7 6. You will then be taken to the Review page where you can check the details before accepting the ticket. 7. Once the ticket has been accepted, the ticket forwarder will receive a confirmation to confirm that you have accepted their ticket. Please note, you will not be sent an , but your ticket will appear in the My Tickets section of your online account as shown below. Tick the box to agree to the T&Cs Name & Membership number of supporter receiving the ticket Select Complete Purchase to accept the ticket
