1 Installation Manual on Intra SSL Service <ipad> Note) The present manual covers up to Connection to Intra SSL. Once you succeeded in connecting to Intra SSL, connect to each system.

5 Explanation for the authentication method The authentication method is decided by Application provider. (Customers are not able to choose the authentication method.) 7 STEP1 Installation of application for VPN connection 1. Total procedure at Installation for application of VPN connection Caution *You have to install the application only when you access first time. *You are able to use Intra SSL only the ipad which you install the certificate. *In case of replacing your ipad which you install the certificate, please contact our Customer Service Center (Please check 3 page in this manual). Installation of Pulse Secure (1)Tap the icon of "App Store" in the home menu. 6

8 STEP1 Installation of application for VPN connection (2) Search "Pulse Secure" by typing in "pulse secure" at Search box. Then tap "pulse secure" appearing under the Search box. (3) Tap download icon looking like cloud at "Pulse Secure. 7

Enter your Apple ID and password If you forget your Apple ID, Please check following URL. (5)After the installation finished,return at the home menu and tap the icon of Pulse Secure". 8

10 STEP1 Installation of application for VPN connection (6)The content of CLIENT SOFTWARE END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT shows. After reading the content,please tap "Accept". (7)The screen of Enable Pulse Secure appears when the Pulse Secure start up first time. Tap "Enable". (8)Return at the home menu. 9

12 STEP1 Installation of application for VPN connection (11)Enter Username and Temporary Password described in Intra SSL Application User ID (Registration). Then,tap Sign In. Notes: (1) See Intra SSL Application User ID (Registration). (2) Make sure the password be correct. ex. O and 0, I and 1. Username: Enter Username. Password: Enter Temporary Password. (12)Old Password :Re-enter the Temporary Password you entered at (11). New Password :Enter more than 6 characters(only one-byte character). Confirm Password:Re-enter your New Password you entered above. Enter each Password as described above and tap Change Password. Make sure to change your password every 3 months for your security. You are not able to change the New Password to be same as your current password and last time password. 11

In addition,customers who use the Smartphone Check Service configure the STEP2. In case of requesting Certificate issuance by PC,please configure STEP2-1. In case of requesting Certificate issuance by ipad,please configure STEP

14 STEP2-1 Request of Certificate issuance(for using Smartphone Check Service) Request of Certificate issuance(in case of requesting Certificate issuance by PC) (1)Open a Internet Explorer. After entering the following URL,press Enter key. ://da-ssl.d ssl.d-cruise.jp/en/ Enter above URL * If the security alert dialog as shown below appears, press OK. 13

15 STEP2-1 Request of Certificate issuance(for using Smartphone Check Service) (2)Connection ID : Re-enter the Username you entered at STEP1 (11). Password : Re-enter the New Password you entered at STEP1 (12). Enter the items as shown above and click Login. 14

Enter your address as shown above and click Proceed to confirmation page. (4)Check the address you entered at (3) and click Register.. Check the address and click Register. 15

18 STEP2-1 Request of Certificate issuance(for using Smartphone Check Service) (7)Please open the mail of(6),and click the URL into the text. Note: When you click the URL but it doesn t appear on the screen, copy the URL and paste it to the browser s address bar. (8)Connection ID : Re-enter the Username you entered at STEP1 (11). Password : Re-enter the New Password you entered at STEP1 (12). Enter the items as shown above and Click Login. 17

19 STEP2-1 Request of Certificate issuance(for using Smartphone Check Service) (9)First name Enter your first name. Family name Enter your last name. Company Enter your company name. Division Enter a Division that you belong to (Optional). Certificate type Check Certificate Enter the items as shown above and click Proceed to confirmation page. You have to choose surely "Certificate for smartphone". Never choose "Certificate for PC". Note: For the entry details, follow the instructions. 18

Next, please click Register. *********** ********** ********************** **************************** ***** Check each item you enter and click Register. (11)The following message will appear on the screen. Click Logout. Click Logout. 19

From : CA Office <helpdesk@d-cruise.co.jp> To : address you entered at (3). Subject : Notice of Certificate Issuance for Smartphone(xxxxxx@global) Notes:Don't click the URL of the above. Please do the STEP3 in this manual by ipad. 20

Enter above URL (2)Connection ID : Re-enter the Username you entered at STEP1 (11). Password : Re-enter the New Password you entered at STEP1 (12). Enter the items as shown above and tap Login. 21

This mail is sent automatically to the registered Thank you address. for applying for our services. If you don't remember registering this service, please delete this mail Issuance of a certificate for Smartphone has been completed. *Please do not reply to this mail. Please continue to click the link below. Click here Open the and check the URL. (13)Tap "iphone/ipad User". (14)Tap Certificate Authority of smartphone Security Check". 26

28 STEP3 Install a Certificate Install a certificate If you conducted STEP2-2,please proceed from (2). Your ipad s display already show the page of (2). (1)After entering following URL at address bar, please tap Go" Button. Enter the URL (2)Connection ID : Re-enter the Username you entered at STEP1 (11). Password : Re-enter the New Password you entered at STEP1 (12). Enter the items as shown above and tap Login. 27

29 STEP3 Install a Certificate (3)Please tap "Download" button. (4)Please tap "Install" button. Don't tap "Cancel" button. (5)Please tap "Install" button. Don't tap "Cancel" button. 28

30 STEP3 Install a Certificate (6) In case of requiring Passcode, please enter the Passcode. Don't tap "Cancel" button. Enter the passcode that you configured. Notes:You have to enter the passcode to ipad only if the passcode is configured. If you didn't configure passcode to ipad, no passcode dialog appears. (7)After the installation finished,tap "Done" button. In next page,tap "Logout" button. Notes:Next step depend on your authentication method. authentication method1 Next step is 29page. authentication method2 Next step is 33page. authentication method3 Next step is 36page. If you hope to know your authentication method, Please check "Notification of Sign-in URL and available application". 29

41 STEP5 Disconnect Intra SSL Disconnect the Intra SSL (1)Tap the icon of Pulse Secure" at home menu. (2)Tap "Disconnect" button. (3)Check disappearance of "VPN" mark. "VPN"mark disappears at top of the screen. 40
