2 Introduction This document is designed to help you get started with setting up the ipad Pro to access the Lilly Network. Please DO NOT TURN ON YOUR IPAD PRO UNTIL YOU HAVE REVIEWED THIS DOCUMENT IN ITS ENTIRETY. You will need to complete ALL sections of the User Guide, unless otherwise stated. The set-up process should take approximately minutes to complete and should ideally be completed within a single sitting. This guide are also available in video format at: Before you Begin Before you begin the process of registering your new ipad Pro, please ensure you have completed the following: 1. Remove photos, videos, and any other personal content from your current ipad - You will be turning in this device once you have completed the registration process 2. Make a note of the apps you would like to reinstall on the new ipad mylilly, Box, ilibrary, LillyLogin and other common Lilly apps will be install automatically during the registration process. Other apps (eg. Veeva, GotoMeeting, etc) will need to be re-installed from the Lilly App Store 3. Make sure you have received your new MobileIron Have this close at hand. You will need this information during the ipad Pro registration process 4. Know your Apple ID and Password You will need this information during the registration process Let s Get Started!!! Your new ipad Pro has been configured to automatically transfer the cellular data plan service from your existing ipad when you turn on the ipad Pro (if you have cellular data service on the current ipad). Your current ipad will still be able to access the internet / network via WiFi. It may take up to 5 minutes to complete the transfer of the cellular service once the ipad Pro is turned on. Please also note, your and calendar content will AUTOMATICALLY show up on your new ipad Pro within 20 minutes of completing this registration. If it does not, please see Support Contact Information section at the end of this document. The new ipad Pro may have a passcode pre- configured. 2 P a g e

3 If your new ipad has a passcode, it s lilly1 #1. Set a New ipad Passcode You will need to establish a new passcode on your ipad Pro to be able to access Lilly resources. The passcode must be 6 or more characters, containing both letters and numbers and not a simple 4-digit number. Return the ipad to the Home screen by pressing the Home button. From the Home screen tap Settings icon On the left-hand menu select Touch ID & Passcode and enter the temporary passcode lilly1. Sign in to icloud and itunes with your Apple ID From the Home screen tap Settings icon On the respective pages for both icloud and itunes, enter your Apple ID and associated Apple password and tap Sign In. icloud itunes/app Store 4 P a g e

5 #3. Install Mobile Iron App Go to the Apple App Store and search for and INSTALL MOBILE IRON (MobileIron The MobileIron icon will be added to your Home screen #4. Complete Mobile Iron Registration For this series of steps you will need the MobileIron that contains your Username (also known as your System ID/LillyNet ID), Server Address, and Registration PIN information. Return the ipad to the Home screen by pressing the Home button if necessary Locate the MobileIron app icon on the Home screen and tap the app icon to open the application. (You may need to swipe right or left on the ipad screen to locate it.) When prompted with the MobileIron Would Like to Send You Push Notifications pop-up, tap OK Enter your System ID (LillyNet ID, LillyLogin ID) in the User Name field then tap Next on the keyboard From the MobileIron , enter the Server Address (example: mi2.lilly.com) and tap Next on the keyboard 5 P a g e

6 From the MobileIron , enter your Registration PIN and tap Register or Go on the keyboard. You will be prompted with the option MobileIron Would Like to Use Your Current Location. Select OK When prompted, tap OK to update the configuration Tap Install on the Install Profile window and continue to follow the prompts (such as INSTALL NOW, INSTALL or Done) to install the MobileIron profiles. PLEASE NOTE: You may be prompted to enter your passcode. You set this passcode earlier in this guide; it is the passcode used to unlock the ipad device and is NOT the same as your registration PIN. Click Install Now on the Install Profile window When prompted to Enter Passcode, please enter the device passcode and then tap Done 6 P a g e

7 On the Warning screen that follows, tap Install On the Profile Installed screen that follows tap Done Automatic Lilly App Installations After successfully registering with MobileIron, a series of App Installation prompts will start appearing on your device (example below). For each App Installation prompt tap INSTALL. Note: If you accidently tapped on Cancel for any of the App Installation prompts, then you will need to manually search and download the App from Lilly App store. Please ensure that you have downloaded all of the following Apps on your ipad Pro: Lilly App Store, Box, LillyLogin, F5 Edge Client, People Search, mylilly, ilibrary, iconnect2, VMware View (Horizon) and imagazine. #5. Complete F5 Edge Client Setup The F5 Edge Client App allows secure connectivity via VPN to access Lilly business applications, websites and data from your device. Press the Home button to return to the Home screen Click the f5 Edge Client icon to open the application. Select Enable when prompted to accept the User Agreement and grant VPN access to your device The f5 Edge Client App should have the correct profile defined, as listed here. Click Connect. If the f5 Edge client does not connect, navigate back to Settings and tap on the VPN slide button to turn on. This should launch f5. Go back to your desktop and relaunch the f5 Client and it should be connected. 7 P a g e

8 #6. Complete Lilly Login Setup Press the Home button to return to the Home screen if necessary. Tap the LillyLogin icon to load the application. When prompted with the message Lilly Login Would Like to Send You Push Notifications pop-up, tap OK If not automatically prompted, tap Check for Problems button to enter your Lilly User ID and Password #7. Verify required apps have been installed Verify the following apps were automatically installed by the MobileIron registration process Verify installation of these apps based on your job or role (may or may not already be loaded) Lilly App Store Box Service Now F5 Edge Client GoMobile ilibrary LillyLogin The Loop AE/PC Forms People Search iconnect2 ihelp mylilly BRT Customer Pr. imagazine EERS LillyNet Horizon* *Type in Safari URL address bar first time for Lilly Desktop: 8 P a g e

Download other apps from the Lilly App Store Click the Lilly App Store icon to load the application You will be prompted with below Pop Up screen for Lilly App Store, tap Continue It will prompt you that this app would like to send you push notifications, tap OK *ATTENTION: IF you have accidentally clicked Don t Allow then please navigate to: Settings -> Notifications -> Find Lilly App Store, select it and then set the Notification Center value to ON by simply tapping it The following loading page will then appear. Please be patient, this step may take a few moments Recommended Field Apps Other Apps Recommended for VIEWING content only! Download Apple App Store Purchased Apps Finally, download any other Apps you have purchased from the Apple App Store Apple App Store, Purchased symbol at the bottom of the screen Not on this ipad link at the top of the screen. Then you just choose what previous apps you want to download to your new ipad Pro. #10. Erase all content from your old ipad device Once you are confident that you ve saved all personal content from your old ipad, follow these steps to erase the device: 1. Settings General 2. (Scroll all the way down in right column) Reset.Erase All Content and Settings 3. Enter Passcode when prompted 4. Tap Erase when prompted 5. Tap Erase when prompted 6. If prompted for you Apple ID password, enter it. Congratulations!! You have completed your IPad Pro Registration Contact the INDY Service Desk if you encounter any of the following types of issues: Problems with installing and registering with MobileIron. If you have forgotten your Passcode. If you do not have or calendar content. If your device has been damaged, lost or stolen. If you are having issues connecting to WiFi. 10 P a g e
