I explained we have a team that will be working on his SEO campaign so that we can fulfill on all his product features faster. We discussed my role as an Account Manager, a brief overview of SEO, the package details, we verified information, keywords, and our plan moving forward. I gave a brief overview of SEO, I mentioned Dex Media SEO s goals are to get keywords to rank on the first page of Google and drive traffic to the site. We went over the package details. I outlined all the off-site SEO and On-site SEO actions that we do. I explained how we use the blogs, directories, and social bookmarking to help drive reliability to the clients account. I explained that we are going to install Google Analytics and implement onsite optimizations. I mentioned business profiles and how we utilize those. I verified the contact information. We discussed keyword possibilities. I gave the preface that we will target 1-2 keywords at a time, that we will be trying to get them to the first page in 4-6 months and that each keyword has a city and state abbreviation attached and the SEO benefits of having the location attached to the keyword.

They did not know what the logins were but I am sending them an and they are discussing it tomorrow during their monthly meeting. 7/7/2015 2:47:58 PM: - Dafne ed me back with the site access and I re ordered onsite opts. 8/3/ :38:30 AM: Outbound Call (no contact) - Called and ed. 8/4/2015 7:22:26 AM: - Dafne ed me back. They already have a verified Google plus page and have GA installed. 11/5/2015 2:13:21 PM: Outbound Call (no contact) - I called and left a message for Dave/Wayne regarding updated website logins. 11/10/ :19:11 AM: - ed the CM requesting new CMS access so we can re-implement the website edits 11/10/ :19:28 AM: Outbound Call (no contact) - Call the CM as well 11/10/2015 4:56:22 PM: - CM ed back saying he is reaching out to the client and will keep me posted 11/19/2015 9:19:00 AM: - ed CM for update 12/2/ :31:39 AM: Outbound Call (contact made) - Called CM and spoke with him about getting access to their new CMS to re-implement website edits that were lost when they switched the CMS. I let him know we don't want this to negatively affect their SEO, since things are good right now. He said he'd follow up with the client again. 12/7/ :04:31 AM: - CM ed back that client approved the onsite opts, but we can't implement because Wordpress access is blocked. I've asked the CM to request that the client unblock access to Wordpress, so we can login and implement. We discussed Wordpress access problems. I showed him the client's robots.txt file and how it's disallowing access to wp-admin. I also showed him, that by entering the wp-admin URL in a browser, you get a 404 error. As we see necessary, we will make adjustments to your campaign/keywords in order to continue to expand your online presence.
