2 Login screen Q. The login screen for S-Cabinet is different from what was usually shown. Why do I see a Microsoft page? A. Starting Monday, June 25th, Certification Service for login to S-Cabinet has been changed from Sony Common Authentication Service to that of Azure AD provided by Microsoft. To get started with Azure AD certification, users need to have their mail addresses registered to Azure AD in advance. Please see below for instructions. < > 3.b. Preparation for Azure AD Certification(For S-Cabinet users) If you have already completed the preparation in advance, an Azure AD Certification screen will be shown when trying to access the S-Cabinet v2 System. Enter your login ID (use the registered mail address) and the password you have created in advance to sign in. Q. I also use Elephant/Qoo Kengai. Will there be any changes in the certification when using these Systems too? A. No. The are no changes in the certification screen when using Elephant/Qoo Kengai Systems. The usual Sony Certification Authentication Service page will be shown. 2

3 Preparation task (Registration of your address for Azure AD Certification Q. What should I do to register the address in the preparation task? A. Registration of your address to the Azure AD Certification Sony Tenant must be completed before using the Sony Group Azure AD Certification (in this case for using S- Cabinet)for the first time. An under the subject Microsoft Invitations has been sent to all S-Cabinet users in advance regarding the preparation needed in advance. Please see below for instructions. < > 3.b. 4 Invitation Mail Q. What should I do if I cannot find the Microsoft Invitations mail? Look for the following checking your settings for mail sorting or junk mail etc. Sender : invites@microsoft.com Subject : You're invited to the Sony Tenant organization If it cannot be found, try accessing the URL below and register your mail address for Azure AD Certification. Enter your address in the field you see. When you reach the Microsoft Portal Screen, your settings have been completed. Now try your access to the S-Cabinet System. If you are still having trouble, consult the Help Desk and we will handle the invitation to be sent to you again. 4

5 Azure AD Certification (Sign in screen) Q. When trying to access S-Cabinet, a MicrosoftのAzure AD Certification screen shown up. What should I do? A. Enter your registered address and the password you have set in the task for preparation, to sign in. If you have not yet completed the preparation needed in advance, see below for instructions. < > 3.b. Preparation for Azure AD Certification(For S-Cabinet users) Q. What should I enter as my user ID in the Azure AD Certification sign in screen? A. Enter your address you use when using S-Cabinet. Do not use your GID here(beginning with EX ). 5

6 Password Q. Which password should I enter here? A. Enter the password you have created when registering your address in the preparation task for Azure AD Certification. Q. I forgot my password. How can I proceed? A. Click on Forgot password and follow instructions shown. Procedure for resetting your Azure AD Certification password will differ depending on your circumstances. - If Azure AD Certification is linked to your Organization : Comply with the password policies and have it reset in your organization - Other than above :You can reset it by yourself complying with the Microsoft Azure AD Certification Password Policies 6
