Once we have the booking our Project Manager will contact you to arrange a kick-off call to discuss campaign objectives, creative direction, assets, build, tracking and timelines. A FEW THINGS WE NEED CREATIVE ASSETS Brand Guidelines Logo - vector or hi-res bitmap (.ai,.eps,.jpg,.psd) Layered master files -.psd,.ai High Resolution Images Fonts - Mac compatible -.otf.ttf HTML5 assets - supporting files & libraries VIDEO.mov,.mp4 1920px x 1080px (16:9) - preferred 4:3 also accepted DESTINATION URLS General click - out URL Specific click - outs - URLs for individual buttons 3 RD PARTY TRACKING We accept 3 rd party impression, expand and click trackers from all major suppliers. These must be SSL enabled (https) We can also apply 3 rd party research tags and retargeting pixels Tracking is required 5 working days before launch
3 PRODUCTION TIMELINE PLAN YOUR PROJECT FOR ON-TIME DELIVERY Please note that timelines are for guidance and may be adjusted based on complexity and length of client approvals. CREATIVE BUILD FROM SCRATCH BUSINESS DAYS (From receipt of assets, IO, and depending on complexity & formats) Please ensure booked IO launch date allows sufficient production time Kick-off call scheduled upon receipt of assets and IO Clear timeline issued and project moves to design DESIGN Flat storyboards to be completed for client approval 3-5 Business Days Please ensure key stakeholders are involved and all revisions are collated Revisions limited to 2 rounds of amends - Please consolidate all feedback into two rounds of revisions Once approved, unit passes to build phase BUILD Functional unit built for client approval 3-5 Business Days 1 round of edits to animation, click-throughs No design changes allowed at this stage Once approved, unit passes to QA QUALITY & ASSURANCE Unit completed for final approval 1-2 Business Day Unit QA d across devices, browsers and 3 rd party tracking confirmed Once approved, unit tags passes to ADOPS ADOPS Tags trafficked and unit put live * 1-2 Business Days *Standard IO buys. Programmatic trafficking time may vary.
