30 Work flow Setting Up Data Collection Identify data to collect (get into the specifics). Data will drive what application(s) are appropriate Create feature classes in GIS (build the house) or build your survey (Survey123) Build a project in ArcMap/ArcPro and publish to AGO as hosted feature service. Add HFL to new map. Review and alter as needed (editing permissions), then share This map feeds Collector, Explorer and the Web Application Any changes you make to the web map will automatically update everything (sort of)

33 Recommendations Solidify feature services and attributes as best you can before going live. Making changes afterwards can be timeconsuming You will likely need to make several adjustments (versions) expect to spend a good amount of time ironing out the kinks and the beginning Set as many field restrictions as possible (the less typing/text the better) Keep an open dialog with field staff (they ll have preferences on symbology, data layers, etc.) Hosted feature services can feed dashboards for live data displays
